No full textDans le cadre de nos travaux sur I'évolution du lexique portugais (v. "Dictionnaire chronologique portugais" 1976; "História do léxico português" 1990) nous avons commencé non seulement à analyser les périodiques portugais entre 1700 et 1850 (v. Messner/Aglassinger 1992) sinon aussi à réunir des oeuvres lexicographiques anciennes. Nous espérons pouvoir publier un jour un "dictionnaire des dictionnaires portu gais" (c'est pour l'espagnol qu'existe une telle oeuvre, restée malheureusement fragmentaire: le "Tesoro lexicográfico" de Samuel Gili Gaya, Madrid 1947-1952). Dans Jes "Beihefte" de Lusorama (Messner 1993), nous publierons un échantillon qui embrasse l'espace de temps limité par la publication du dictionnaire de Rafael Bluteau en 1712 ("Vocabulario Portuguez et Latino, etc., autorizado com exemplos dos me lhores escritores portuguezes, e latinos, e offerecido a El Rey de Portugal, D. João V pelo Padre D. Rafael Bluteau, Coimbra 1712") et la 6e édition du dictionnaire de Antonio de Moraes Silva en 1858 (Diccionario da Lingua Portugueza composto por de Moraes Silva, Lisboa 1858.)
Los Museos De Montaña De Reinhold Messner Identidad, Turismo Y Sustentabilidad En Los Alpes De Sud Tirol
No full textEl presente trabajo describe un conjunto de museos de montaña emplazados en los Alpes Orientales y las Dolomitas, analizando su vinculación con la educación para la sustentabilidad, la identidad, el patrimonio cultural y el turismo en Sud Tirol. Se aborda la inserción de los Museos de Montaña en el paisaje tirolés teniendo en cuenta su emplazamiento y su importancia en el desarrollo sustentable de las comunidades que los albergan. La museografía y las colecciones se analizan en función de su papel en la construcción de la identidad regional y en la educación para la valoración y preservación del patrimonio cultural y natural de la montaña, tanto a escala local como universal. Para la realización de esta investigación la autora recorrió seis establecimientos que forman la red de los Messner Mountain Museum (MMM) y mantuvo entrevistas con su director, el Sr. Reinhold Messner, considerado por muchos como el más destacado alpinista de la historia.This paper describes a group of mountain museums set amidst the Eastern Alps and the Dolomites, considering their significance for the cultural identity, heritage education and sustainable tourism in South Tirol. The importance of the Mountain Museums is analyzed in connection to their setting and to the development of the communities in the area. The exhibits are analyzed considering their role in the construction of a regional identity and in the education towards the appreciation and preservation of the natural and cultural heritage of mountains, locally and worldwide. For the purpose of this research, the author visited the six buildings belonging to the net of the Messner Mountain Museum and she conversed with the director, Mr. Reinhold Messner, who is often credited as the most remarkable alpinist in history.Fil: Ceruti, Maria Constanza. Exploring alternative theories of economic regionalism: from trade to finance in Asian co-operation
No full textThe financial crises of the late 1990s marked an intellectual watershed for the global economy, and also for regionalism as the Janus face of globalisation. At the beginning of the 21st century, the theory and practice of regional cooperation and integration may evolve along different lines to how it was understood for most of the second half of the 20th century. In East Asia, in particular, this will mean that the relationship between multilateralism and regionalism will change. The ‘East Asian’ region will become an increasingly important domain within which to explore enhanced protection against financial crises. What we might call ‘monetary regionalism’, sceptical western voices notwithstanding, is now firmly on the regional agenda in East Asia.
Within conventional political economy, the theory and practice of monetary regionalism is not as easy to understand as traditional trade driven regional integration. Thus one aim of this paper is to outline a theory of monetary regionalism and demonstrate the degree to which it represents a sharp break with understandings of the regional project that pertained in East Asia prior to the late 1990s.
From its start in 1989, APEC claimed to be a new type of regionalism. The promise was that APEC would promote open regionalism, i.e. the development of an approach to regional integration that would not harm the multilateral trading order. APEC, despite substantial peer pressure, did not achieve this goal. That APEC played any significant role in the advancement of regional trade integration cannot be proven. What can be said, however, is that it provided no support to its Asian members during the financial crises of the late 1990s.
At the same time, more traditional (what we might call Balassian) understandings of trade driven regional integration are not showing any sign of decreasing importance, To the contrary, there is a growing appeal of trade co-operation, notably an increasing interest in bilateral preferential trading arrangements. This leads to a complex picture of competing regional initiatives across the economic policy spectrum. The paper locates these initiatives in the wider context of the growing politico-economic dialogue between Southeast and Northeast Asia that has developed via the ASEAN 3 process since 1997

Dieter Messner de la Universitad de Salzburgo, hispanista y lusitanista, ha enriquecido nuestro conocimiento de los contactos en el campo de la enseñanza de las lenguas alemana y española y, más ampliamente, de la esfera cultural en Austria en lo que atañe el español: la reimpresión de los manuales de español impresos en Viena en el siglo diecisiete es preciosa por varios aspectos. Primero, sin duda, el comprobar el interés en aquel entonces, quizás necesidad, de aprender las respectivas lenguas. En el primer manual Grammatica y Pronunciacion Alemana y Española. Espanola y Alemana de luan Angel de Zumaran se lee como subtítulo "Compuesta en beneficio de estas dos Naciones, que quieren aprender una destas lenguas". El libro apareció en Viena en el año 1634.
