    Devin D. Dickens has spent the last 11 years in the aerospace industry, and currently works for Millennium Engineering and Integration Company as a Project Manager, Senior Systems Engineer, and Senior Telemetry Engineer. For Millennium, Devin has led projects to demonstrate the use of compact modernized equipment to replace existing telemetry processing systems, development of new telemetry systems for the NASA Space Launch System, and to integrate launch and reentry vehicles into the National Airspace System (NAS) for the FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation. In addition to his work with Millennium, Devin is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix in the College of Information System and Technology. Prior to working at Millennium, Devin served on the Eastern Range Launch Team at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, launching NASA Space Shuttle, ULA Atlas V and Delta IV, Space X Falcon 9, and other launch vehicles. Devin played an important role on the team to bring Global Positioning System Metric Tracking capability to the US Space Program for use during launch operations. He is a former member of the Range Commander’s Council, working on the Inter-Range Instrumentation Group (IRIG) Telemetry Standards and Telemetry Systems and Subsystems Volume II documents. Devin also spent time, working as the software lead for the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics (RTCA) DO-260A Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) upgrade to the 1090MHz Transponder for the Boeing 747-8 and 777-F airframes. Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Webster University.https://commons.erau.edu/stm-images/1049/thumbnail.jp
