This research was motivated by the low social skills of students in schools and because there were no teaching materials that integrated social skills with social interaction materials. This study aims to develop inquiry-based social interaction teaching materials to improve the social skills of grade V elementary school students. The research method used in this study is the Design and Development (D&D) method developed by Richey & Klein with the ADDIE model, namely the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stage. The development of teaching material design is carried out by researchers arranged systematically based on the components of teaching materials, namely, the front page of teaching materials, student identity, description of teaching materials, instructions for use, table of contents, basic competency mapping, indicators of competency achievement, content / teaching material in accordance with the inquiry model, practice questions, student worksheets, evaluation, reflection, afterword, bibliography, and author identity. Validation assessments are carried out to material experts, design experts and learning experts. The results of this study showed that the assessment of the three experts had an average score of 88.07%. From material experts showed a very good category with a score of 84%, by design experts showed a good category with an average score of 74.3%, and by learning experts showed a very good category with a score of 88.7%. Social interaction teaching materials were tested for grade V elementary school students through pre-test and post-test. The results of this teaching material trial showed an increase in pre-test and post-test results from an average of 61.1 to 90.7. In addition, researchers conducted an N-gain test of N-gain from pre-test and posttest that had been done by students, the average calculation results showed a value of 76.09% with the effective category. Thus, it can be said that the development of inquiry-based social interaction teaching materials is feasible and can improve the social skills of grade V elementary school student

Prediction of Secondary Metabolite Compounds in Lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) Targeting Androgen-α Receptors for Breast Cancer Treatment Using Molecular Docking

Breast cancer (BC) is a malignant tumor that grows in the breast tissue and can spread to other organs. BC is often found at an advanced stage and therefore has a poor prognosis. With 68,858 cases, BC is the most common type of cancer in Indonesia. The development of breast carcinoma is strongly influenced by steroid hormones and their receptors, such as estrogen, progesterone, and androgen. Androgen receptors (AR) are found more (70-90%) compared to estrogen receptors (60-80%) and progesterone receptors (50-70%). Therefore, research on natural compounds that inhibit cancer cell proliferation influenced by AR needs to be increased. The lotus plant (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) has been used as a traditional herbal medicine and food in Asia. Bioactive compounds in lotus have therapeutic potential against BC. In the pharmacophore screening results, five hit compounds were found: isorhamnetin, luteolin, catechin, kaempferol, and apigenin. The compound with the best pharmacophore fit score value is isorhamnetin with a value of 41.31, while the compound with the best binding affinity to AR is kaempferol with a binding affinity of -9.44 and an inhibitor constant of 121.12 nM.Keywords: breast-cancer, androgen-α receptor, lotus, molecular docking
