Biologically Inspired Approaches to Advanced Information Technology. 2004;3141:189-200.We describe the response properties of a compact, low power, analog circuit that implements a model of a leaky-Integrate & Fire (I&F) neuron, with spike-frequency adaptation, refractory period and voltage threshold modulation properties. We investigate the statistics of the circuit's output response by modulating its operating parameters, like refractory period and adaptation level and by changing the statistics of the input current. The results show a clear match with theoretical prediction and neurophysiological data in a given range of the parameter space. This analysis defines the chip's parameter working range and predicts its behavior in case of integration into large massively parallel very-large-scale-integration (VLSI) networks

No full textAmaç: Bu sistematik derlemede hemşirelik temel becerilerinin öğretiminde sanal gerçeklik kullanımının öğrencilerin bilgi, duyusal ve psikomotor becerilerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Sistematik derlemenin protokolü ve makalenin yazımında PRISMA-P protokolü kullanılmıştır. Uluslararası literatürde yer alan ve “Cochrane”, “EBSCOhost”, “PubMed”, “Ulakbim”, “Medline”, “CIHANL”, “JBI”, “Scopus”, “Science Direct” ve “Google Scholar” veri tabanları üzerinden taranmıştır. Veri tabanlarında tarama yapılırken çalışma konusuna özgü "nurse education, virtual reality, virtual reality simulation, basic nursing skills, nursing students, skills training, knowledge level, affective level, psychomotor skill level” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılmıştır. Arama sonucunda ulaşılan çalışma sayısı veri tabanlarına göre kategorize edilmiştir ve PRISMA-P akış şemasında gösterilmiştir. Araştırmaların kalite
değerlendirilmeleri Joanna Briggs Institute kontrol listeleri kullanılarak yapılmıştır.
Bulgular: Araştırma kapsamında hemşirelik eğitiminde sanal simülasyon yöntemi ile öğrencilerin bilgi, duyusal ve psikomotor becerilerinin değerlendirildiği çalışmalar incelendiğinde derlemenin dahil edilme kriterine uygun olan 15 araştırma incelenmiştir. İncelenen çalışmalarda 11 araştırma randomize kontrollü deneysel ve dört araştırmanın da yarı deneysel türde olduğu bulunmuştur. Çalışmaların çoğu sırasıyla Türkiye, Kanada ve
Tayvan’da gerçekleştirilmiştir ve toplam örneklem hacmi 1060 olarak saptanmıştır. Çalışmaların kalite değerlendirme puanları yüksek düzeyde bulunmuştur.
Sonuç: Sanal gerçeklik kullanımın hemşirelik eğitiminde öğrencilerin bilgi, duyusal ve psikomotor becerilerinde olumlu anlamda etkisinin olduğu, bilginin kalıcılığını ve öğrencilerin beceri performanslarını arttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Aim: This systematic review aimed to determine the effect of using virtual reality in teaching basic nursing skills on students' knowledge, sensory and psychomotor skills.
Methods: PRISMA-P protocol was used in the protocol of the systematic review and in writing the article. The international literature was scanned through "Cochrane", "EBSCOhost", "PubMed", "Ulakbim", "Medline", "CIHANL", "JBI", "Scopus", "Science Direct" and "Google Scholar" databases. . While scanning the databases, keywords specific to the subject of the study, "nurse education, virtual reality, virtual reality simulation, basic nursing skills, nursing students, skills training, knowledge level, affective level, psychomotor skill level" were used. The number of studies found as a result of the search is according to the databases. were categorized and shown in the PRISMA-P flow chart. Quality assessments of the studies were made using Joanna Briggs Institute checklists.
Results: Within the scope of the research, when the studies in which students' knowledge, sensory and psychomotor skills were evaluated with the virtual simulation method in nursing education were examined, 15 studies that met the inclusion criteria of the review were examined. In the studies examined, it was found that 11 studies were randomized controlled experimental and four studies were quasi-experimental. Most of the studies were conducted in Türkiye, Canada and Taiwan, respectively, and the total sample size was determined as 1060. The quality assessment scores of the studies were found to be high.
Conclusions: It has been concluded that the use of virtual reality has a positive effect on students' knowledge, sensory and psychomotor skills in nursing education, and increases the permanence of knowledge and skill performance of students.No sponso
