No full textThis book covers Direct Current (DC) circuit theory and is broken up into three modules. Module 1 covers the basics for circuits that include DC sources (voltage or current) and resistors. Even though Module 1 is not very difficult, it forms the foundation for more complicated topics in modules 2 and 3 so it is important to have a firm grasp of all Module 1 topics before moving on. Module 2 covers more difficult problem solving techniques for circuits that include only DC sources and resistors. Module 3 introduces capacitors and inductors. These non-linear reactive components are analyzed in the transient and steady state regions in circuits with DC sources in Module 3.

Woolery writes that the Dallas Public Schools will be unable to continue their participation with NTIEVA, due to budgeting and time constraints. Woolery finishes the letter by saying the fine arts staff have been positive about the impact the program has had on their schools, and hopes Davis and McCarter will continue to let them know of opportunities in the future regarding NTIEVA and the Getty Foundation. Included at the end of the letter is a stipend worksheet for the faculty involved with NTIEVA based on current salaries

No full textThis paper aims at providing a guide to ensure efficiency in the management of Chad's windfall to support the development process and poverty reduction. The analysis is based on the lessons and experience of countries that have successfully used natural-resource-generated windfalls to launch their development process while avoiding the natural resource curse. The paper also discusses the petroleum management arrangements in place in Chad for poverty reduction. Thanking McCarter and co., for his invitation to a special Administrators Day at the Dallas Museum of Art, however, Woolery is concerned that there are only five of the Dallas I.S.D. areas being represented in the group of invitee and that within his letter he asks the area directors to ensure that all ten areas are included on that day by replacement or addition. Woolery ends the letter by stating that due to his schedule, it will not permit for his full attendance but he'll share lunch and some of the afternoon's agenda what he can. Copied on the letter is Bill Cormack

In regards of Janice Wiggins, Visual Arts Special, Dallas Public Schools and her contract with North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, hoping that she could be under an extended contract through June 14 - 25, 1993 to finish work she has started with three of her art specialists in planning the 1993 Dallas Institute. The Dallas Institute is a complex staff development experience for classroom teachers and art specialists in the district. Included in the letter is a detailed list of Wiggin's responsibility and her expected goals. At the end of the letter Davis and McCarter are excited to consider an interactive television connection with Dallas schools on June 21, 1993 and that Dr. Wilson, cross site evaluator for the Getty Center will be observing the distance learning project

Their primary goal is to introduce NTIEVA to the new directors of the museum and introduce them to the DISD administrators. McCarter, Davis and Reynolds would like Woolery to present a greeting during the introductions of the day, and are having Janice Wiggins working with his secretary to schedule a day for this event in allowance of other key administrators to attend
