No full textAnne married Roger Davey in 1967, they have two daughters. After arriving in Darwin she joined the Darwin YWCA as a member of the Y Women's group and was elected to the board of directors for eight years. From 1980 to 1982 she was president and also the Northern Territory's representative on the YWCA from 1975 to 1978. She was actively involved in 1979 in construction of YY Enterprises Pty Ltd, a commercial venture to raise funds for the YMCA and YWCA of Darwin. Anne was involved in the reconstruction of Darwin through the Parap Rebuilding Cooperative and held office as president, secretary and delegate to national conference for the Catholic Women's League in Darwin and assisted in organising the national conference held in Darwin year of 1883. She held office as president, secretary and committee member of the Darwin Garden Club joining in 1969. Anne was involved in the production of the Darwin Gardener's Gourmet Guide, a recipe book using locally grown products. With her daughters at school Anne became a fund-raiser and representative at Department of Education workshops and in consultations with the Council of Government School Organisations (COGSO). No full textAbstract. The Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous dinoflagellate cyst Cannosphaeropsis thula Davey 1982 does not conform to the morphological parameters of the genus Cannosphaeropsis O. Wetzel 1933 emend. Duxbury 1980. The species also exhibits no indications of belonging to the Spiniferites complex of Evitt (1985). The species is transferred to Rotosphaeropsis Davey 1987 by virtue of its shape, archaeopyle type, processes and trabeculae and the specific diagnosis is emended in the light of this reassessment.</jats:p

of that event, the Kent Historical Society will present a program hosted by Jon Ridinger, TRHS graduate with a
passion for local school history. Roger Di Paolo will open the program with remarks about why the school was
built at its present location. Jon will then discuss the three eras in Kent Roosevelt's history: The Roosevelt era
1922-59, the Davey Jr. High, Middle School 1959-99, the Elementary School 2000 - present. Self-guided tours
will follow the program_with knowledgeable docents located at historic or key locations in the school.The Kent Historical Society
