If a nation is unstable, then those who obey its unstable laws are considered good citizens of its country. The research method used is qualitative research to collect data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation studies. Next, the data was analyzed using reduction techniques (data sorting), data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
