Constructing a Happy City-State. In memoriam Heda Festini
The paper honors Heda Festini; it’s first part contains author’s personal memories of Heda. The central part of the paper addresses a favorite author of Heda Festini, Franjo Petrić, and his Utopia The Happy CityState. It then places the utopian construction on the map of contemporary understanding of political theorizing. Utopias, like the one due to Petrić, result from thought-experimenting; in contrast to purely epistemic thought-experiments they are geared to “guidance”, as Petrić puts it, namely advice giving and persuadin

Petrić and Acastos, Sequel One
The author established on the occasion of the previous presentation “Petrić and Acastos” given at the symposium Petrić and Renaissance Philosophical Traditions, held in 2008, that Petrić was closest to the Platonist-Neoplatonist-Pythagorean original, but also that he contributed to the disintegration of classical ethical virtue (by some utilitarian interventions in particular) and that there were two more comparative models he came close to – that of Acastos I (in connection with the view that artistic creation contains all religion and morality) and to some extent that of Acastos II (only in connection with justice).
Retaining the three models, the author now deals with the comparison in relation to poetic art as it is outlined in the fifteen selected (translated) Petrić’s texts in the book by Ljerka Schiffler entitled Frane Petrić o pjesničkom umijeću (Frane Petrić on Poetic Art, Zagreb: Institut za filozofiju, 2007). The author will look into the degree to which the mentioned comparison revealed connections with previous conclusions.
Needless to say, the author will along the way try to determine whether Petrić’s poetics presents merely a defence of Plato’s attitude or it contains some elements of Aristotelianism, which would connect Petrić with not only Baroque and Mannerism but also modernist aesthetics

Petrić and Acastos
Irkinja Iris Murdoch (1919–1999), poznata filozofkinja s Oxforda i nagrađivana spisateljica, objavila je u knjizi Acastos (1987) platonski dijalog »Art and Eros«, postavljen kao kazališni komad prvi puta 1980. g. i »Above the Gods« s njoj uobičajenom tematikom o ljepoti, dobroti, istini i vjeri.
The Irish women Iris Murdoch (1919–1999), a famous Oxford philosopher and award-winning author, published in her book Acastos (1987), two Platonic dialogues: »Art and Eros«, which premiered in 1980, and also »Above the Gods«. The themes were her customary subjects of beauty, goodness, truth and faith. In the dialogues, Socrates and Platon make an appearance, as well as several fictional characters, one of whom is Acastos.
Murdoch’s Acastos, whom we shall call Acastos I., sublimates a modernized version of Plato.
Acastos II. we shall describe as a more radical version of a modernized Plato. Petrić’s excursions into moral problems and problems in ethics are compared and located with regard to Plato, neoplatonism, and both Acastos. Further comparison are of interest, given the contrast between traditionalist individual ethics (virtues theory) and the most recent directions of contemporary applied ethics
Research on Alignment Consistency of Highways with the Basis of 85MSR
The alignment consistency of highways is an important guarantee for vehicle safety. In this thesis, by comparing the computing methods of ΔV85 and 85MSR, the author concludes that 85MSR is a more appropriate way to evaluate the highway alignment consistency. The author studies Ningfu section on Heda superhighway with 85MSR, pointing out the section with poor alignment consistency, and provides basic data for the analysis and prevention of this section and road improvement.

Bivalent therapeutic vaccine against HPV16/18 genotypes consisting of a fusion protein between the extra domain A from human fibronectin and HPV16/18 E7 viral antigens
© Author(s) (or their employer(s)) 2020[Background]: In vivo targeting of human papillomavirus (HPV) derived antigens to dendritic cells might constitute an efficient immunotherapeutic strategy against cervical cancer. In previous works, we have shown that the extra domain A from murine fibronectin (mEDA) can be used to target antigens to toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) expressing dendritic cells and induce strong antigen-specific immune responses. In the present study, we have produced a bivalent therapeutic vaccine candidate consisting of the human EDA (hEDA) fused to E7 proteins from HPV16 and HPV18 (hEDA-HPVE7-16/18) and evaluate its potential as a therapeutic vaccine against cervical cancer.[Materials and methods]: Recombinant fusion proteins containing HPV E7 proteins from HPV16 and HPV18 virus subtypes fused to hEDA were produced and tested in vitro on their capacity to bind TLR4 and induce the production of tumor necrosis factor-α or interleukin (IL)-12 by human monocytes and dendritic cells. The immunogenicity and potential therapeutic activity of the vaccine in combination with cisplatin or with the TLR3 agonist molecules polyinosinic‐polycytidylic acid (Poly IC) or Poly ICLC was evaluated in mice bearing subcutaneous or genital orthotopic HPV16 TC-1 tumors.[Results]: hEDA-HPVE7-16/18 prototype vaccine binds human TLR4 and stimulate TLR4-dependent signaling pathways and IL-12 production by human monocyte-derived dendritic cell. Vaccination with hEDA-HPVE7-16/18 induced strong HPVE7-specific Cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses and eliminated established tumors in the TC-1-based tumor model. The antitumor efficacy was significantly improved by combining the fusion protein with cisplatin or with the TLR-3 ligand Poly IC and especially with the stabilized analog Poly ICLC. Moreover, hEDA-HPVE7-16/18+Poly ICLC induced full tumor regression in 100% of mice bearing orthotopic genital HPV tumors.[Conclusion]: Our results suggest that this therapeutic vaccine formulation may be an effective treatment for cervical tumors that do not respond to current therapies. The study was supported by grants from Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad (Retos colaboración, RTC-2014-1615-1) and Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia (SAF2016-78568-R and PID2019-108989RB-I00 to JJL), Fundación Ramón Areces, Gobierno de Navarra Industria (0011-1411-2019-000079; Proyecto DESCARTHeS) and Fundación Bancaria La Caixa-Hepacare Project.
