Insider and outsider views in early modern correspondence involving patrons and musicians
No full textIn this chapter Dinko Fabris proposes a reassessment of the heuristic value of correspondence in the light of a cognate-theory sensitivity toward the body of private letters preserved in the Archivio Bentivoglio, a complex type of historical source in demand of a respectful interpretation as a communicational device between past insiders, now in the hands of present outsiders; that is, those scholars aiming to reconstruct a past artistic and cultural milieu as a whole. For this purpose, the author draws on the distinction between “outsider” and “insider” made by cultural historians and moves within the framework of “urban musicology,” discussing the figure of Enzo Bentivoglio as a case study

Se da una parte devono sempre raggiungere gli standard normativi adeguati, dall’altra, per essere realmente competitive, devono offrire prestazioni elevate e alti livelli di qualità funzionale. Devono infatti garantire benessere e sicurezza ai fruitori; offrire qualità e versatilità di servizi alla clientela; presentare facilità ed economia di gestione e massima efficienza funzionale ed energetica; inoltre devono essere il più possibile user friendly, ossia di facile fruizione, sia per la clientela che per il personale di servizio e di gestione. Tutto questo per essere reale e concreto strumento di profitto e idoneo luogo di accoglienza.
L’autrice, Silvia Sassatelli, attualmente valuer di CBRE Valuation Spa, con il contributo di Marta Bigi e Daniela Carta, titolari dello Studio MQA Architetti di Milano, ha realizzato questo testo, con l’intento di rappresentare, attraverso il racconto di tre case history realizzati dallo Studio, le diverse fasi del processo edilizio reale, dal briefing iniziale con il cliente, alla consegna e apertura dell’hotel, percorrendo, in forma di originale diario di bordo, tutti i momenti che caratterizzano la progettazione e la realizzazione di una struttura alberghiera.
Il libro traccia un percorso metodologico che descrive e analizza tutte le fasi del processo architettonico-edilizio di realizzazione di un hotel, con la finalità di fornire uno strumento utile agli operatori del settore e di rappresentare un metodo ripetibile per raggiungere il soddisfacimento del cliente, nella accezione generale di committente e fruitore.

determinato filone della filosofia contemporanea, per indicare quel fenomeno
che si manifesta all’improvviso in tutta la sua strabordante
pienezza, che si realizza indipendentemente da un controllo umano,
e che coinvolge la vita di ciascuno in maniera più o meno profonda.
Tenendo conto di queste caratteristiche, e di altre che meriterebbero di
essere ancora specificate, l’evento potrebbe essere definito, in ciò che è
suo proprio, come uno specifico fenomeno relazionale. Lo è nella misura
in cui, per essere evento, ha bisogno di chi da esso è appropriato,
di chi lo riconosce e lo accoglie appunto come evento. Il presente saggio intende
approfondire specificamente questi aspetti

the author, arises during the Modern Age and can also be encountered in
contemporary thought. In particular, the essay discusses not only Descartes’,
Kant’s and Fichte’s, but also Heidegger’s and Levinas’ philosophies. In its
main form, this paradox arises when the subject (“I”) is considered not in the
first, but in the third person: like something neutral. In the final section of
the paper the author develops a philosophy of relationship, which provides a
way out from the paradox discussed so far and lays the foundations for new
modes of experiencing and performing subjectivity
Laughing Is Not an Exception! An Italian Perspective on the Autonomous Protection of Parodies Beyond Elaboration
No full textThis paper analyses the legal regime of parodistic work from an Italian and European copyright law perspective. Taking into consideration that the Italian Copyright Act does not contain any specific parody exception, the author maintains that parodistic works cannot fall within the scope of the quotation and criticism exception. Based on the fact that, as is well known, EU copyright law does not allow Member States and national courts to apply a general “fair use” doctrine to support the lawfulness of using another’s work for parodistic purposes, it is argued that the use of a previous work to create a new parodistic work falls beyond the scope of copyright protection, and that the creation and commercialisation of a parodistic work cannot be prohibited by the author of the parodied work, since the former does not amount to an elaboration of the latter
Linfoadenite laterocervicale tubercolare: terapia medica, chirurgica ed effetti paradossi
No full textWe report a case of a 1-year-old girl with persistent fever and enlargement of laterocervical lymph nodes on the left side, fluctuant and with erythematous overlying skin. A positive Mantoux skin test first (induration of 20 mm in 72 hours) and then the DNA amplification by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) as well as the culture confirmed the diagnosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, in particular M. bovis. Nonetheless, after 1 month of standard mycobacterial regimen (isoniazid, rimpaficin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide), she developed new lymph nodes on the same and on the opposite side, apart from the residual ones. She underwent surgery three times (excision of a lymph node, incision and drainage of the others) for the definitive diagnosis and for the excessive enlargement of the nodes with risk of compression of underlying structures and diffusion. A drug resistance was ruled out by antibiogram. Paradoxical upgrading reaction (PUR) to the therapy offers a plausible explanation for this phenomenon, and this is supported by a prompt answer to steroids
It is not sure yet whether the nt 20210 G to A prothrombin polymorphism represents a cause of familial venous thrombophilia.
