TRENDS AND MARKETS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION AND TRADE WITH ROMANIAN PRODUCTS

    No full text
The current stage of retail trade development in Romania still shows an important capacity to absorb, both of large outlets as well as of small outlets, which lately have disappeared from the market and they hardly cope with the superstore competition. A part of the market which has been yet insufficiently explored, with an important potential for development and which is represented by the stores selling traditional Romanian products, as well as the bio product stores, as long as these are made in Romania and are not imported. Also, the paper is trying to analyse the importance of this type of trade and its trends, its lacks and the possibilities of development.trade, retail trade, traditional products, bio products

On the Family of Conditional Embedded Implicational Dependencies

    No full text
Certain second-order sentences, called conditional embedded implicational dependencies, about relations in a relational database, are defined and studied. This class of dependencies includes some of previously defined dependencies as special cases. Thus, the family of implicational embedded dependencies introduced and studied by R. Fagin can be included in the family of conditional embedded implicational dependencies. The conditional-functional dependencies defined by P. De Bra and J. Paredaens are special cases of new dependencies. The family of conditional embedded implicational dependencies, also contains the family of conditional implicational dependencies, defined by the author. A characterization of a conditional embedded implicational dependency implied by a given class in this family is given. The existence of Armstrong models for a class of conditional embedded implicational dependencies with a single relational symbol is shown. CR categories: 4.33, 5.21, 5.27, 5.3

A new ensemble model for short term wind power prediction

    No full text
As the objective of this study, a non-linear ensemble system is used to develop a new model for predicting wind speed in short-term time scale. Short-term wind power prediction becomes an extremely important field of research for the energy sector. Regardless of the recent advancements in the re-search of prediction models, it was observed that different models have different capabilities and also no single model is suitable under all situations. The idea behind EPS (ensemble prediction systems) is to take advantage of the unique features of each subsystem to detain diverse patterns that exist in the dataset. The conferred results show that the prediction errors can be decreased, while the computation time is reduced

Extending Our Understanding of the Association between Symptoms of Emotional Disorders and Emotional Awareness, Beliefs about Emotions, and Emotional Control: A Network Analysis Approach

    No full text
In this study, we will focus on investigating trait emotion regulation (ER), specifically emotional awareness, beliefs about emotions, and emotional control, in relation to the experience of symptoms of emotional disorders (ED), using a network approach. This method relies on the assumption that psychological phenomena are complex and psychological constructs (as defined in the classical paradigm) emerge from the complex interaction of their constituent components (Fried & Cramer, 2017). Despite the incontestable advantages of the network approach, no study has employed this new paradigm to understand the inter-group relations between ED symptoms and the specific ER processes of emotional awareness, beliefs about emotions, and emotional control
