GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KYAI MARZULI ADISON DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS SANTRI PONDOK PESANTREN HUSNUL AMAL KOTABUMI LAMPUNG UTARA
ABSTRAK
Gaya kepemimpinan adalah bagaimana seorang pemimpin
dapat mempengruhi bawahannya untuk dapat mencapai tujuan
organisasi atau seorang pemimpin yang dapat memberikan pengaruh
baik atau hal positif dan juga seorang pemimpin dapat menjadi
motivasi bagi bawahannya dimana seorang pemimpin menunjukkan
sikap dan perilaku yang baik bagi bawahannya.Pondok pesantren
adalah lembaga atau organisasi dakwah dengan penekanan kuat pada
pendidikan, dimana pendidikan diajarkan untuk lebih memahami ilmu
agama. Pendidikan agama di Pondok Pesantren tidak terbatas hanya
dua jam sehari selama jam sekolah umum. Secara umum, gayahidup
Pondok Pesantren tidak hanya diajarkan sebagai disiplin agama yang
ketat; sebaliknya, pendidikan agama diintegrasikan ke dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari di masyarakat umum, khususnya di Pondok
Pesantren. Di Pondok Pesantran, pendidikan agama para santri tidak
terbatas pada pengajaran tentang Islam dan ajaran-ajarannya;
sebaliknya, ajaran Islam berasimilasi, ditafsirkan, dan diterapkan
dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, Pondok Pesantren
Husnul Amal Kotabumi Lamung Utara membutuhkan seorang
pemimpin untuk dapat mengarahkan dan membimbing para santri
dalam menjalankan kegiatan-kegiatan di Pondok Pesantren dengan
tujuan dapat meningkatkan kualitas santri hingga mampu menjadikan
santri yang berkualitas dan bermanfaat bagi agama dan negara.
Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif
yang berbentuk deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field
research) dan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi,
dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari informan yaitu
pemimpin pondok pesanten, ustad dan ustadzah pondok pesantren,
sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan
kepustakaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan bahasan penelitian
penulis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian
kualitatif ini ialah dilakukan saat pengumpulan data sedang
berlangsung, serta saat pengumpulan data telah terkecukupi.
Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan
yang di gunakan Kyai Marzuli yaitu gaya kepemimpinan religius�peternalistik dan gaya kepemimpinan karismatik dengan menekanan
pada nilai-nilai utama seperti keikhlasan, ketulusan, dan keadilan
memberikan pemahaman yang baik tentang filosofi
kepemimpinannya.Implementasi di Pondok Pesantren menunjukkan
integrasi nilai-nilai religius dalam kehidupan sehari-hari pesantren,

dan apa yang telah disampaikan Kyai Marzuli Adison menunjukkan
pemahaman yang mendalam tentang gaya kepemimpinan religius
paternalistik dan komitmen kuat untuk menerapkannya dalam
memimpin pesantren. Jawaban tersebut mencerminkan nilai-nilai
religius dan pendekatan paternalistik yang inklusif, adaptif, dan
berorientasi pada kesejahteraan santri dan masyarakat. Kyai Marzuli
Adison memiliki kemampuan menginspirasi dan memotivasi melalui
kepribadian dan keteladanan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa beliau
menganggap penting peran pemimpin dalam membangun hubungan
emosional dan kepercayaan dengan pengikutnya.Penekanan pada
integritas, kepercayaan diri, komunikasi, empati, dan visi yang jelas
menunjukkan bahwa Kyai Marzuli Adison mengakui pentingnya
kualitas pribadi yang kuat dalam kepemimpinan. Ini menunjukkan
pemahaman yang mendalam tentang elemen-elemen yang membuat
seorang pemimpin efektif. Dan apa yang telah disampaikan Kyai
Marzuli Adison menunjukkan bahwa beliau memiliki pemahaman
yang mendalam tentang kepemimpinan karismatik, berakar pada nilai�nilai keislaman, dan fokus pada pengembangan pribadi serta
hubungan yang tulus dengan pengikutnya.

ABSTRACT
Leadership style is how a leader can influence his
subordinates to achieve organizational goals or a leader who can
have a good influence or positive things and also a leader can be a
motivation for his subordinates where a leader shows good attitudes
and behavior for his subordinates. Islamic boarding schools are
institutions or da'wah organizations with a strong emphasis on
education, where education is taught to better understand religious
knowledge. Religious education at Islamic boarding schools is not
limited to just two hours a day during public school hours. In general,
the Islamic boarding school lifestyle is not only taught as a strict
religious discipline; On the contrary, religious education is integrated
into daily life in the general community, especially in Islamic
boarding schools. At the Islamic Boarding School, the religious
education of the students is not limited to teaching about Islam and its
teachings; instead, Islamic teachings are assimilated, interpreted, and
applied in everyday life. Therefore, the Husnul Amal Islamic Boarding
School, Kotabumi, North Lamung needs a leader to be able to direct
and guide the students in carrying out activities at the Islamic
Boarding School with the aim of improving the quality of the students
so that they are able to become quality students who are useful for the
religion and the state.
In this research the author used a qualitative method in the
form of descriptive field research and data collection methods, namely
interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data was
obtained directly from informants, namely Islamic boarding school
leaders, ustad and Islamic boarding school ustadzah, while secondary
data was obtained from books, scientific journals and other literature
related to the author's research topic. The data analysis technique
used in this qualitative research is carried out while data collection is
in progress, and when data collection has been sufficient.
The results of this research show that the leadership style used
by Kyai Marzuli is a religious-peternalistic leadership style and a
charismatic leadership style with an emphasis on main values such as
sincerity, sincerity and justice, providing a good understanding of his
leadership philosophy. Implementation in Islamic boarding schools
shows the integration of values. -religious values in the daily life of
Islamic boarding schools, and what Kyai Marzuli Adison has
conveyed shows a deep understanding of the paternalistic religious

leadership style and a strong commitment to implementing it in
leading Islamic boarding schools. This answer reflects religious
values and a paternalistic approach that is inclusive, adaptive, and
oriented towards the welfare of students and society. Kyai Marzuli
Adison has the ability to inspire and motivate through personality and
example. This shows that he considers the role of a leader important
in building emotional relationships and trust with his followers. The
emphasis on integrity, self-confidence, communication, empathy and
clear vision shows that Kyai Marzuli Adison recognizes the
importance of strong personal qualities in leadership. This shows a
deep understanding of the elements that make an effective leader. And
what Kyai Marzuli Adison has conveyed shows that he has a deep
understanding of charismatic leadership, is rooted in Islamic values,
and focuses on personal development and sincere relationships. with
his followers.

Konstruksi Prinsip Kebebasan Beragama dan Diskursusnya di Indonesia dalam Perspektif Sejarah Walter Benjamin
Kebebasan beragama merupakan satu isu sentral dewasa ini. Terminologi ini secara konseptual jelas, namun secara faktual, masih jauh dari harapan. Penulis memakai konsep sejarah Walter Benjamin sebagai pisau analisis. Refleksi filosofis Benjamin menandaskan pentingnya kemampuan belajar dari sejarah kelam masa lalu sebagai cahaya yang menuntun para pelaku sejarah masa kini. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan momentum-momentum historis perkembangan prinsip kebebasan beragama. Pengalaman historis umat Kristen berkaitan dengan kebebasan beragama akan menjadi sumbangan unik tulisan ini. Tujuan lain adalah untuk meneliti proses penerimaan konsep ini menjadi salah satu Hak Asasi Manusia dan diskursus tentangnya di Indonesia. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan desain metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik dokumen Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia maupun Undang-undang Dasar 1945 yang menjamin kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan merupakan buah dari refleksi kritis terhadap konteks sejarah kelam masa silam. Sayangnya, beberapa aturan hukum di Indonesia masih terkesan melanggengkan intoleransi. Hal ini terjadi sebagai dampak dari praktik indoktrinasi yang kurang sehat. Semestinya kerukunan-toleransi bukan sesuatu yang dipaksakan oleh negara melainkan diupayakan bersama di antara para penganut berbagai agama, dalam satu kerja sama yang positif dengan negara.

Religious freedom is a central issue today. The idea is much clearer conceptually, but its implementation is still far from expectations. The author adopts the historical concept of Walter Benjamin as an analytical tool. Benjamin\u27s philosophical reflection emphasizes the importance of learning from the history of the past as a light that guides the perpetrators of today\u27s history. This paper aims at describing the historical momentum of the principle of religious freedom, and  examining the process of acceptation of this concept as one of Human Rights and its discourse in Indonesia. The historical experience of Christians in relation to religious freedom will be a unique contribution to this paper. This study is a library research with a qualitative method design. The results of this study indicate that both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1945 Constitution which guarantee religious freedom are the fruit of critical reflection on the historical context of the past. Unfortunately, several laws in Indonesia still seem to perpetuate intolerance. This happens as a result of unhealthy indoctrination practices. Harmony-tolerance should not be imposed by the state, but should be pursued jointly among adherents of various religions, in a positive partnership with the state.

A comparison study of using the constraint, holding either the displacement power factor or the power factor at a desired value, is done. Finally, the contribution of the newly developed method is demonstrated in six examples taken from existing publications

A unified framework for resource-bounded autonomous agents interacting with unknown environments
The aim of this thesis is to present a mathematical framework for conceptualizing and constructing adaptive autonomous systems under resource constraints. The first part of this thesis contains a concise presentation of the foundations of classical agency: namely the formalizations of decision making and learning. Decision making includes: (a) subjective expected utility (SEU) theory, the framework of decision making under uncertainty; (b) the maximum SEU principle to choose the optimal solution; and (c) its application to the design of autonomous systems, culminating in the Bellman optimality equations. Learning includes: (a) Bayesian probability theory, the theory for reasoning under uncertainty that extends logic; and (b) Bayes-Optimal agents, the application of Bayesian probability theory to the design of optimal adaptive agents. Then, two major problems of the maximum SEU principle are highlighted: (a) the prohibitive computational costs and (b) the need for the causal precedence of the choice of the policy. The second part of this thesis tackles the two aforementioned problems. First, an information-theoretic notion of resources in autonomous systems is established. Second, a framework for resource-bounded agency is introduced. This includes: (a) a maximum bounded SEU principle that is derived from a set of axioms of utility; (b) an axiomatic model of probabilistic causality, which is applied for the formalization of autonomous systems having uncertainty over their policy and environment; and (c) the Bayesian control rule, which is derived from the maximum bounded SEU principle and the model of causality, implementing a stochastic adaptive control law that deals with the case where autonomous agents are uncertain about their policy and environment
