Bahaya Modifikasi Lampu Dan Knalpot Kendaraan Abai Peraturan Melalui Media Video Iklan Layanan Masyarakat
Modifikasi kendaraan adalah suatu proses melakukan perubahan pada suatu kendaraan dari bentuk pabrikan. Modifikasi kendaraan bukanlah sesuatu yang buruk. Tetapi, bila dilakukan tanpa memperhatikan peraturan atau pedoman yang berlaku, bisa jadi berbahaya. Modifikasi tanpa mematuhi peraturan bisa jadi risiko besar, terutama untuk keselamatan. Kendaraan yang sudah dimodifikasi tentu sudah berbeda dari standar keamanan, ini akan sangat berbahaya dan dapat menimbulkan risiko kecelakaan tunggal jika terlalu berlebihan, tentu keselamatan pengendara dan pengguna jalan lainnya bisa terancam. Dengan adanya perancangan persuasi sosial ini diharapkan bisa berdampak positif dan mengedukasi kepada masyarakat bagaimana memodifikasi kendaraan dengan layak dan tidak membahayakan selama penggunaannya sehingga pengendara sekitar lainnya tidak merasa terganggu dan membahayakan. Pada perancangan ini menggunakan media video iklan layanan masyarakat. Melalui perancangan ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat melakukan modifikasi pada kendaraan yang sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku sehingga tidak membahayakan diri sendiri bahkan sesama pengguna jalan lainnya, Selain itu peraturan juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang dianggap penting oleh masyarakat
PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN PERPAJAKAN, KESADARAN WAJIB PAJAK DAN PERSEPSI KORUPSI TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK DENGAN SANKSI PAJAK SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI UMKM DI WILAYAH KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA TEGAL
Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan elemen fundamental dalam menjaga
keberlanjutan penerimaan negara, khususnya dari sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan
Menengah (UMKM) yang memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian
nasional. Namun demikian, tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM masih menjadi
tantangan, sehingga diperlukan kajian empiris untuk mengidentifikasi faktorfaktor
yang mampu mendorong perilaku patuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, kesadaran wajib pajak, dan
persepsi korupsi terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan sanksi pajak sebagai
variabel moderasi pada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi UMKM di wilayah KPP
Pratama Tegal.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei
terhadap 381 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM berbasis AMOS
untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel sekaligus mengevaluasi peran
moderasi sanksi pajak dalam memperkuat model kepatuhan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan perpajakan dan
kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan
wajib pajak. Persepsi korupsi juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan, yang
mengindikasikan bahwa kesadaran terhadap praktik korupsi dapat membentuk
perilaku defensif berupa kecenderungan wajib pajak untuk tetap patuh guna
meminimalkan risiko hukum dan administratif. Sanksi pajak terbukti mampu
memoderasi seluruh hubungan variabel independen terhadap kepatuhan,
menegaskan bahwa kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan hasil interaksi antara faktor
internal dan mekanisme kontrol eksternal.
Temuan ini memperkaya literatur kepatuhan pajak dengan menunjukkan
bahwa perilaku wajib pajak UMKM berada pada spektrum antara voluntary
compliance dan enforced compliance. Strategi peningkatan kepatuhan perlu
diarahkan pada integrasi antara edukasi perpajakan, penguatan integritas institusi,
serta konsistensi penegakan hukum guna membangun sistem perpajakan yang
lebih terpercaya dan berkelanjutan.

Ecological Niche Modeling and Local Knowledge Predict New Populations of \u3cem\u3eGymnocladus assamicus\u3c/em\u3e a Critically Endangered Tree Species
Gymnocladus assamicus is a critically endangered tree species endemic to northeastern India. Local inhabitants traditionally used this species for a variety of purposes. However, rapid population declines led to the species being considered extinct, until fieldwork in 2004 to 2007 identified 14 discrete populations of 1 to 7 trees each. To overcome constraints on field surveys imposed by the region’s remoteness and rugged terrain, we targeted areas of further field inventories by estimating the potential distribution of the species. Ecological niche modeling enabled us to identify 26 sites which the model predicted to be highly suitable for the species’ occurrence. We conducted rapid field surveys at 14 of the most accessible of these predicted sites. New populations were discovered at 5 of the 14 surveyed sites. In the remaining 12 less accessible sites, we interviewed residents from nearby villages and obtained indirect evidence of populations at 5 additional sites, which remain to be confirmed by direct field observations. This study demonstrates the utility of niche modeling as a tool for locating new populations of rare and endangered species. Our results will enhance ongoing efforts towards in situ conservation of this endangered species
Reduced pyridine nucleotide linked oxidase systems in Euglena gracilis var. bacillaris, 1973
This study was designed to investigate the presence of selected reduced pyridine nucleotide oxidase systems in a streptomycin bleached strain of Euglena gracilis var. bacillaris. The enzymes studied were NADH and NADPH diaphorases, NADH and NADPH cytochrome c reductases, NADH and NADPH oxidases and NADH lipoyl dehydrogenase. For experimental purposes the cells were grown axenically in a medium in which tryptone and sodium acetate were the sole source of carbon. Cell-free extracts prepared via centrifugation were used as the source of all enzyme assays. The activities of enzymes were measured in a Beckman DB-G recording spectrophotometer. In the presence of substrate and enzyme the activity of diaphorases were determined by measuring the reduction of dichlorophenol indophenol (DCPIP) at 600 nm and the cytochrome c reductase activity was measured by the reduction of cytochrome c (increase in optical density) at 550 nm. The activity of oxidases was determined by following the oxidation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) and reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) spectrophotometrically at 340 nm. In the presence of enzyme and DL-lipomide the determination of lipoyl dehydrogenase activity was based on the oxidation of NADH (decrease in optical density) at 340 nm. The data obtained revealed the presence of NADH and NADPH diaphorases, NADH and NADPH cytochrome c reductases, NADH and NADPH oxidases and NADH lipoyl dehydrogenase in cell-free extracts of E. gracilis var. bacillaris. The effects of pH, protein concentration, substrate concentration, storage at -5 C, and the effects of metabolic inhibitors were determined spectrophotometrically. Utilizing polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis, NADH and NADPH diaphorase were shown to be molecularly heterogeneous. There is little discussion in mathematics education about methods of effective tutoring; in particular, in so-called office hour or tutorial sessions. Nevertheless, these sessions are as much occasions for interactive instruction as classrooms are, and deserve theoretical and pedagogical attention. By initiating discussion in this area we invite others to contribute critically to these beginnings. Clearly, discussions in this area will inform and be informed by classroom interactions. For this reason, though we focus on office-hour or tutorial interactions, we do indicate how the pedagogical tool we describe informs classroom practice
Gauging the market and non-market forces in Indian aquaculture industry for a strategic position in fish vaccines market
Indian aquaculture segment has become a growth engine for the agriculture sector and is postulated to be one of the
key sources of food-protein supporting the growing Indian population. Significant potential for new fish vaccine
business was demonstrated previously using market and sales potential assessments; however, in addition to the
overall market attractiveness, estimating the market and non-market forces in an industry is vital to ensure
profitability in a new business. Therefore, this research directed attention to gauging the forces using Porter’s five
market forces (2008) and Prasad’s (2011) non-market forces (national culture and history) framework together with
measuring the benefits of complementors. Each of the forces was measured and key drivers within each force were
identified. A base case revenue scenario was built on forecasts and the impact of the major forces was tied to the
income statement to determine sensitivity of the revenue forecasts. The results suggest that the buyer power and the
substitute power are the major competitive forces. The power of complementor products was also found significant
and an entrant could counter the predicted losses in profitability due to influences of these market and non-market
forces by providing product-product bundles thus reaping considerable improvements in net present value (NPV) and
internal rate of returns (IRR) on investments. The NPV from this analysis thus yielded a range between 7.5 million with an IRR ranging between 29.9% and 35.8% depending on the variables considered in the sensitivity
analysis. Therefore, to realize profit potential and many other advantages, the entrant may choose a strategy of
reaching the customer with a solution

Empati adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menilai,
membedakan, dan bisa menerima pandangan yang berbeda, yang
mana seorang individu dapat merasakan apa yang dirasakan oleh
orang lain. Empati berkaitan dengan keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah
karena ketika banyaknya peran ayah terlibat dalam pengasuhan maka
itu berdampak terhadap empati sesorang, sama halnya dengan
kematangan emosi pada individu yang memberikan dampak terhadap
empati sehingga semakin tinggi kematangan emosi maka akan
semakin tinggi empati setiap individu.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang ada
dikota Bandar Lampung dengan rentang usia 18-23 tahun. Sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah 349 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data
menggunakan non-probability sampling. Instrument dalam penelitian
ini adalah skala empati α = (0.896) dengan jumlah 23 aitem, skala
keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah α = (0.916) dengan jumlah 29 aitem,
dan skala kematangan emosi α = (0.731) dengan jumlah 16 aitem.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi
berganda dengan software SPSS 25.0 for windows, hasil penelitian
menujukkan bahwa variabel bebas keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah dan
kematangan emosi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 21.8%
dang 78.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari luar penelitian. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan
antara keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah dan kematangan emosi dengan
empati pada generasi Z, terdapat hubungan antara keterlibatan
pengasuhan ayah dengan empati, dan terdapat hubungan antara
kematangan emosi dengan empati.

Empathy is a person's ability to judge, distinguish, and be
able to accept different views, in which an individual can feel what
others feel. Empathy is related to the involvement of fathers in
parenting because when many roles of fathers are involved in
parenting, it has an impact on a person's empathy, as well as
emotional maturity in individuals which has an impact on empathy so
that the higher the emotional maturity, the higher the empathy for
each individual.
The population in this study were active students in the city of
Bandar Lampung with an age range of 18-23 years. The sample in this
research was 349 students. The data collection technique uses non�probability sampling. The instruments in this study were the empathy
scale α = (0.896) with 23 items, the father's parenting involvement
scale α = (0.916) with 29 items, and the emotional maturity scale α =
(0.731) with 16 items.
Based on the results of data analysis using multiple regression
analysis with SPSS 25.0 for Windows software, the research results
show that the independent variables of father's parenting involvement
and emotional maturity provide an effective contribution of 21.8% and
78.2% are influenced by factors outside the research. The results of
the research show that there is a significant relationship between
father's parenting involvement and emotional maturity and empathy in
generation Z, there is a relationship between father's parenting
involvement and empathy, and there is a relationship between
emotional maturity and empathy.

Seaworthiness is the fitness of a ship to encounter the hazards of the sea
with reasonable safety. In order to keep seaworthiness of the vessels it is necessary
need repairing. Repairing on MV. Energy Prosperity is implement of the docking
by workers and ship’s crew. When will implement the docking must be having
thorough preparation and careful considering the specifications of the form of the
ship that is specific and varies per ship..
In carrying out dock must be done correctly so that in practice does not pose
a risk and the cost of that too large. Prior to implementation of the dock should be
made in advance of the specific list, a list of the work that will be carried out by
shipyard’s party. When carrying out docking will be held periodic survey by ship’s
class to check condition of the vesseles and her certificates. In the process of
maintenance on board is currently much less crew responsible regarding the
procedure and the lack of equipment that support on ships. On this basis, obtained
the formulation of the problem, with the name of the importance of docking
implementation to keep seaworthiness of the ship that affect operational activities
while sailing and in a port.
Considering how important the process of docking to keep ship’s
seaworthiness should be implemented in accordance with the procedure. In this
case the author uses fishbone diagram and USG method for addressing issues as
well as to illustrate and describe studied in detail. Based on the results, it can be
concluded that by implementing the docking correctly expected would get optimal
results and can reduce the consequences arising from the ship’s not sea worthy.
The maintenance after docking should also be optimized so that can keep the ship’s
seaworthy, so shipping activities can run smoothly and the company did not suffer
losses due to disruption of operation of a ship. At the end part of the thesis the
author presents conclusions and suggestions.

In situ electron microscopy study of structural transformations in 2D CoSe<sub>2</sub>
Thermally induced structural transformation of 2D materials opens unique avenues for generating other 2D materials by physical methods. Imaging these transitions in real time provides insight into synthesis routes and property tuning. We have used in situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to follow thermally induced structural transformations in layered CoSe2. Three transformation processes are observed: orthorhombic to cubic-CoSe2, cubic-CoSe2 to hexagonal-CoSe, and hexagonal to tetragonal-CoSe. In particular, the unit-cell-thick orthorhombic structure of CoSe2 transforms into cubic-CoSe2 via rearrangement of lattice atoms. Cubic-CoSe2 transforms to hexagonal-CoSe at elevated temperatures through the removal of chalcogen atoms. All nanosheets transform to basal-plane-oriented hexagonal 2D CoSe. Finally, the hexagonal to tetragonal transformation in CoSe is a rapid process wherein the layered morphology of hexagonal-CoSe is broken and islands of tetragonal-CoSe are formed. Our results provide nanoscopic insights into the transformation processes of 2D CoSe2 which can be used to generate these intriguing 2D materials and to tune their properties by modifying their structures for electro-catalytic and electronic applications.Engineering Thermodynamic
