Автором рассмотрены роль видеозаписи в качестве самостоятельного источника доказательств в современном досудебном производстве, ее влияние на качество расследования уголовных дел.
В статье анализируются преимущества и недостатки процесса видеопротоколирования следственного действия, рассматриваются алгоритм и нормативное применение видеозаписи как самостоятельного средства фиксации следственных действий. По результатам исследования автором приведены данные анкетирования сотрудников правоохранительных органов, выявлены проблемы применения видеопротоколирования в досудебном производстве, а также предложены пути их решения.
При написании статьи применялись такие методы исследования, как системный анализ научных положений и судебной практики, логический метод в выявлении причинно-следственных связей, теоретико-правовое прогнозирование дальнейших изменений в законодательстве. The article is devoted to the study of the possibility of using video recording as the main means of recording the progress and results of an investigative action - video recording, replacing the descriptive process of the protocol with a brief reference. The author examines the role of video recording as an independent source of evidence in modern pretrial proceedings, its impact on the quality of investigation of criminal cases.
The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the process of video recording of investigative actions, discusses the algorithm and regulatory application of video recording as an independent means of recording investigative actions. Based on the results of the study, the author presented data from a survey of law enforcement officers, identified problems in the use of video recording in pretrial proceedings, and also proposed ways to solve them.
When writing the article, such research methods as a systematic analysis of scientific provisions and judicial practice, a logical method in identifying cause-and-effect relationships, and theoretical and legal forecasting of further changes in legislation were used
