Get PDFIntroducción: La obesidad es una problemática que afecta de manera global a todas las poblaciones, por ello se ha empleado como tratamiento de larga duración la cirugía bariátrica tras el fracaso del manejo médico, pese a ello se han evidenciado complicaciones precoces o tardías. Objetivo: Describir las complicaciones que se generan posterior al empleo de una cirugía bariátrica a través de una revisión sistemática. Material y Método: Se realizo una investigación exhaustiva disponible en la base de datos y búsquedas bibliográficas como “PubMed, Scielo, Springer, entre otros.” mediante un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo, con enfoque cualitativo. Para lo cual se regirá a las recomendaciones de la declaración PRISMA 2020. Resultados: Mediante la búsqueda, de literatura científica, se generó una base de datos con 44 estudios, que aportan información sobre las complicaciones de la cirugía bariátrica y mediante la búsqueda se excluyeron 19 estudios que no guardan relación con el tema de estudio, quedando en total 25 artículos. Conclusiones: La técnica que produce mayor complicación es la gastrectomía en manga. Las complicaciones se clasifican en precoces tales como fistulas, sangrado, estenosis; y tardías como obstrucción intestinal, desnutrición proteica, hernias internas. El grupo con mayor riesgo de complicaciones son mayores a 40 años, sexo masculino, ERGE, etc.Introduction: Obesity is a global issue that affects the population worldwide. Get PDFIntroduction: Abdominal Compartment Syndrome (ACS) is defined as when two or more anatomical segments exhibit persistent intra-abdominal pressures (IAP) >20mmHg, associated with organ failure. Intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) and ACS occur more frequently in patients with high morbidity and mortality rates. Continuous monitoring of critically ill patients, both medical and surgical, facilitates early diagnosis and appropriate ACS treatment. The detection of ACS involves measuring IAP, which can be done indirectly or directly, and the choice of medical or surgical treatment is based on each patient's needs.
Objective: To describe the updated diagnosis and management of Abdominal Compartment Syndrome.
Results: After analyzing articles on the topic, 45 studies were obtained, followed by exclusion and inclusion methods, resulting in 30 papers for this systematization.
Conclusion: The diagnosis of ACS requires the measurement of IAP, with the intravesical catheter being the gold standard. The management of ACS should be stepwise, ranging from conservative medical treatment to a surgical procedure, without needing to be mutually exclusive. Introducción: Se define al síndrome compartimental abdominal (SCA) cuando dos o más segmentos anatómicos muestran presiones intraabdominales (PIA) >20mmHg persistente, ligado a falla orgánica. La hipertensión intraabdominal (HIA) y SCA se presenta con mayor reiteración en los pacientes con alta morbi-mortalidad. El monitoreo continuo de pacientes críticos tanto médico como quirúrgicos favorecen un temprano diagnóstico y un adecuado tratamiento del SCA. Para su diagnóstico se debe medir la PIA el cual puede ser de manera indirecta o directa y en base a su tratamiento tanto el médico como el quirúrgico será escogido en función a la necesidad de cada paciente.
Objetivo: Describir el diagnóstico y manejo actualizado del síndrome compartimental abdominal.
Resultados: Luego de analizar artículos en base al tema, se obtuvo 45 estudios, posteriormente se emplearon métodos de exclusión e inclusión, quedando 30 artículos para ejecutar esta sistematización.

Get PDFVector-borne diseases have been one of the main problems throughout the world, in Ecuador, thanks to its tropical climate, it has a wide distribution such as: Aedes aegypti and Ae. Albopictus whose function is to transmit viruses such as: Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya. The non-control of vectors causes proliferation and an increase in the number of cases, as in dengue in recent years as a result of covid 19. This research aims to identify and differentiate the epidemiological aspects, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and adequate treatment, avoiding future complications, reducing the risk of life of patients. This article was carried out through an exhaustive systematic review in the last 5 years in scientific databases, WHO and in that of the Ministry of Public Health. In Ecuador from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2018, 251,799 cases of Dengue were reported, in the provinces of: Guayas, Manabí and El Oro, Zika in 2018 10 cases were reported while in 2020 no No cases were reported and in Chikungunya in 2018 there were 8 cases and by 2020 it was only 1 case. In addition, it was possible to show that the common symptoms of these three viruses are: fever, malaise, myalgias, arthralgias and headache and to make the definitive diagnosis, serological tests are required to detect antibodies in the blood.Las enfermedades transmitidas por vectores,han sido uno de principales problemas en todo el mundo, en Ecuador gracias a su clima tropical, presenta gran distribución como:Aedes aegypti y Ae. Albopictus cuya función es transmitir virus como: Dengue, Zika y Chikungunya. El no control de los vectores provoca proliferación e incremento de número de casos, como en el dengue en los últimos años a raíz del covid 19. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo, identificary diferenciar los aspectos epidemiológicos, manifestaciones clínicas, diagnóstico y tratamiento adecuado, evitando complicaciones a futuro, disminuyendo el riesgo de vida de los pacientes.Se realizó mediante una revisión sistemática exhaustiva en los últimos 5 años en bases de datos científicos, OMS y en la del Ministerio de Salud Pública. En Ecuador desde el 01/01/2016 al 31/12/2018, se reportaron 251.799 casos de Dengue, en las provincias de: Guayas, Manabí y el Oro, el Zika en el 2018 se reportaron 10 casos mientras que en el 2020 no se reportó ningún caso y en el Chikungunya en el 2018 hubo 8 casos y para el 2020 solo era 1 caso. Además, se pudo evidenciar que los síntomas comunes de estos tres virus son: fiebre, malestar general, mialgias, artralgias y cefalea y para realizar el diagnóstico definitivo se requiere pruebas serológicas para detectar los anticuerpos en la sangre
