Full text linkIn a recent publication, Nicole Coviello (2015) emphasized the need to re-think existing research on international entrepreneurship and, more specifically, research on born-global firms. She pointed out that the main value of a critical review lies in initiating a new research phase focusing on the development of a more consistent collective research identity for international entrepreneurship through an ongoing process of terminological refinement and clarification. Here, I present my recent interview with Nicole Coviello, which was inspired by her recent publication. Algunas interpretaciones acerca de la fase de maduración de la ISI: las transformaciones de la estructura empresaria, el rol del capital extranjero y la autonomía de las instituciones estatales
Full text linkEl presente trabajo es un insumo para el análisis de la renovación contemporánea de la historiografía y la sociología económicas. En ese sentido, primero se expone una breve reseña sobre las principales políticas económicas vinculadas al sector manufacturero que fueron implementadas durante el período de maduración de la ISI y sus efectos generales. Con esa base, luego se procede a revisar analíticamente una serie de investigaciones académicas sobre el período de maduración de la ISI. Dicha revisión se articula en torno de dos ejes de debate sobre el período: a) las transformaciones en la estructura empresaria del sector manufacturero, especialmente en lo referido al rol del capital extranjero; y b) la autonomía del Estado para la formulación de políticas públicas dirigidas a la industria. En el caso del eje a) se ponen en diálogo dos interpretaciones que consideramos parte de los estudios "clásicos" sobre el período ya que sus autores analizaron las problemáticas de la industrialización al calor de los acontecimientos. En relación al eje b) nos referimos a trabajos de investigación que han hecho aportes desde la renovación contemporánea de los abordajes sobre la cuestión.Fil: Coviello, Ramiro. A lexicon for Italian cinema: A conversation about history, theory and critique
No full textThis article represents the outcome of a round table organized and conducted by Giacomo Tagliani about the Lessico del cinema Italiano/Lexicon of Italian Cinema (2014–2016). This research and editorial project comprises three volumes and 21 entries that address the history of Italian cinema through an original and challenging approach, namely to detect a list of conceptual clusters able to provide new perspectives over the heritage of Italian films. In this refined version, the authors who took part in that round table, that is, Roberto De Gaetano (also editor of the volumes), Massimiliano Coviello, Luca Venzi and Francesco Zucconi, outline their involvement in the research project, their specific methodological references, their peculiar vision of the history of Italian cinema and eventually their point of view onto its current situation. This written conversation offers a broad survey of Lessico’s key aspects and addresses important methodological, theoretical and critical issues, trying to establish an interdisciplinary dialogue among different fields of studies
