The document, presented by Charles Ridgely on behalf of the King, was issued on August 24, 1772, to Jonathan Pleasonton and John Gordon. It states that if either Pleasonton or Gordon fails to appear in court, they would be subject to penalties of 200 pounds and 100 pounds, respectively. The document accuses Mingo of entering the home of Sarah Hart in Dover and stealing dry goods
