Nõudlus hakkepuidu järele on viimastel aastatel langenud, mille tulemusena on hakkepuidu tootmismahud vähenenud ning antud tegevusala ettevõtete majanduslik olukord seetõttu halvenenud. Selles situatsioonis tuleb ettevõtte majanduslikku olukorda hinnata, et välja selgitada ettevõtte võimalikud edasised arenguperspektiivid. Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks on teostada hakkepuitu tootva ettevõtte VJ Grupp OÜ majandusnäitajate analüüs aastate 2010-2014 kohta, võrrelda neid sama tegevusala ettevõtete keskmiste näitajatega ning välja selgitada, milline on ettevõtte majanduslik olukord ning arenguperspektiivid. Bakalaureusetöö koostamisel kasutas autor võrdlusmeetodit, kus võrdluse alla on võetud VJ Grupp OÜ ning sama tegevusala keskmised majandusnäitajate põhjal arvutatavad suhtarvud. Demand for chips has fallen in recent years and as a result of that, wood chips production volumes have decreased and companies’ economic situation has therefore been getting worse. In this context, the company's financial situation has to be assessed in order to identify company's possible further development prospects. The purpose of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to perform financial analysis of wood chips producing company VJ Grupp OÜ on the basis of economic indicators of the years 2010-2014, compare them with averages of companies with the same economic activity and determine the financial situation of the company and future prospects. The author uses comparative method, where financial ratios of VJ Grupp OÜ and the same industry averages are calculated and compared. In order to assess the company’s economic situation, profitability ratios, solvency and assets utilization effectiveness are analysed. Data for the analysis was collected from VJ Grupp OÜ financial reports for the years 2010-2014 and from the Statistics Estonia databases. An interview, conducted with the board member of VJ Grupp OÜ complements the economic analysis. From this research it was concluded that company’s sales revenue and profit have declined in recent years. As a result of that, company’s productivity has fallen lower than the same industry average. At the same time VJ Grupp OÜ has been able to maintain a good level of solvency and is able to successfully plan production inventory. The author finds that VJ Grupp OÜ should explore the possibilities to export its production in order to expand its production volume

    No full text
In this demonstration the author will describe and show examples of his work for 3D spatial environments. These projects use motion tracking technology to enable users to interact with sound, light and video using their body movements in 3D space. Specific video examples of one past project (Virtual DJ) and one current project (Virtual VJ) will be shown to illustrate how subjective and flexible user interaction is enabled through a complex but predictable mapping of 3D space to media control. This demonstration will be supported by an evening performance

[[alternative]]Reliability Of Selected Lower Limb Joint Kinetic Parameter

    No full text
[[abstract]]In the past, many biomechanical studies were constrained by cost, time, and equipments. One of these factors can lead to poor research directly or indirectly. If researches are not sensitive to the statistical power, it may lead to support null hypothesis and claim the result is demonstrating by the treatments or conditions had the effect. The purpose of this study was to (1) find out every coefficient of variation (CV) of selected kinematic and kinetic parameters on lower limb joint of children during vertical jump (VJ) and standing long jump (SLJ). (2) determine the appropriate number of trials to establish a stable mean and reliability of selected kinetic parameters on lower limb joint of children during VJ and SLJ. Thirty primary school students were selected as subject( In VJ, N=14, age 12.1±0.8 years, height 153.1±6.9 cm ,weight 50.9±12.4 kg; In SLJ, N=16, age 11.4±0.5 years, height 143.7±11.9 cm ,weight 37.4±12.6 kg) to perform 25 trials of maximum VJ or SLJ. One Kistler force plate (600Hz) and one JVC digital camera (60Hz) were used to collect the data. The peak moment and power of lower limb joint were calculated by inverse dynamic method. Sequential estimation technique was used to determine the optimum number of trials. Based on the results of this study (1) In VJ, the most CV of kinetic parameters were bigger than kinematics’. ( not including the horizontal speed of center of gravity of takeoff ) And the kinetic parameter, power of hip joint, was the biggest. (2) In SLJ, the most CV of kinetic parameters were bigger than kinematics’. And the kinetic parameter, power of knee joint, was the biggest. (3) the best number of trials was suggested at least 13-trial for VJ and 14-trial for SLJ by Sequential estimation procedure. Therefore, in order to get a stable mean for kinetic variables, a multiple-trial protocol needed to be adopted.

[[alternative]]FEEDBACKS AND GENDERS’ EFFECT ON VERTICAL JUMP SELF-EFFICACY

[[abstract]]Studies on gender differences in human motor performance conclude environment and biology factors have major influence. Moreover, environmental influence increases as a function of age. Environmental factors like adults’ expectation and encouragement lead males to have more physical activity participation opportunities, longer duration, and then formed higher level of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy predicts an individual’s participation, performance, and persistence. According to gender differences in self-confidence hypothesis, females are lack of confidence under ambiguous feedback situation. The purpose of this study was then to examine effects of different feedbacks on vertical jump (VJ) self-efficacy among male and female adults. Thirty each of college males and females were randomly assigned to: (1) control group without feedback, (2) KR group with immediate performance results feedback, (3) KP group with immediate prescriptive feedback. Dependent variable was VJ efficacy judgment. t-test and independent two-way ANOVA (gender x group) indicates that: no interaction (F.95(2, 54) = 2.0, p < .05, ES = 0.70, Power = 0.40), significant gender main effect (F.95(1, 54) = 79.2, p < .05, ES = 0.59, Power = 1.00), and significant group main effect (F.95(2, 54) = 7.3, p < .05 , ES = 0.21, Power = 0.93). Post hoc comparison found significant differences between KR group and both control and KP groups. It is concluded that: (1) KR increases VJ self-efficacy with larger effect on males; and (2) KP can not increase VJ self-efficacy, but has larger effect on females.

The crystal structures of Sr2CaMoO6 and Sr 2CaTeO6 have been determined at room temperature by neutron powder diffraction. Both compounds crystallize in the perovskite structure with a rock-salt ordered array of Ca2+ and M6+ cations (M = Mo, Te) on the six-coordinate sites (space group P21/n (no. 14); for M = Mo, a = 5.76228(7), b = 5.84790(7), c = 8.18707(9) Å, β = 90.194(1)°, for M = Te, a = 5.79919(9), b = 5.83756(8), c = 8.2175(1) Å, β = 90.194(1)°). Compositions in the solid solution Sr2CaMo1-xTexO6 have been synthesized and shown by X-ray diffraction to adopt the same ordered structure. The results are used in a discussion of the cation oxidation states in Ca 2FeMoO6 and to establish the similarity between the structural chemistry of hexavalent Mo and Te. © 2004 Elsevier Inc.
