    Forty-three species of Thysanoptera belonging to twenty-four different genera were collected by suction trap in the San Rossore-Migliarino-Massaciuccoli Nature Reserve (Pisa). For each species the geographic distribution and the host plants obtained from the bibliography are given. Among the 43 species, two were found to be new for Italy: Phlaeothrips bispinosus Priesner and Plesiothrips perplexus (Beach)

    17 Thysanoptera’s species, collected in S. Rossore nature resereve, are listed. Those, added to the 43 species that had already been previously captured and detemined (Conti, 2002), bringing to 60 the total number of the species found to be present in the investigated area. For each of the species found the geographical distribution, the host plants, the specimens examined and the method of capture are reported. Among the 17 identified species Aeolothrips guitani Berzosa & Maroto, 1990 was found new for Italy
