William Collier Interview
William H. Collier served in World War II in the 106th Cavalry Regiment (Mechanized). He participated in several campaigns in Europe, including Normandy, northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, and Central Europe. He also served in the Army of Occupation in Austria. His later career included postings in Korea, Germany, Hawaii, Vietnam, and the Pentagon. He retired in 1971, having obtained the rank of Lt. Colonel. This interview primarily covers his service in World War II
