This dataset includes author-level metrics for over 1.2 anonymized author profiles which have been used for the analysis proposed in our article titled "Structure, Status, and Span: Global Gender Differences in Disciplinary Authorship Networks Across a Global Landscape". The set of metrics are meant to measure the structure, status and span of the collaborative research activity of women and men authors active in four regions and four fields during the period 2009-2013
« Travail précaire », « précarité »: Aller et retour
To conclude this issue of Emulations, Patrick Cingolani tries to link together the two spheres of meaning covered, in its widest sense, by the notion of precariousness as it has been enriched by its international circulation: the struggles entailed by labor deprived of rights and the community experiences. He envisions the horizons opened up by insecurity and precariousness to "rethink forms of solidarity" today. The author thus transforms the polysemy of the semantic and intellectual field of precariousness into a tool carrying new ambitions as well as desires emancipated from those imposed by capitalism, a tool through which one can experience ways of doing and of thinking. It is precisely in the thickness of margins, situations, conditions and claims related to by precariousness that authors and actors have found material and the heuristic energy capable of bringing us out of the bewitchment of capitalism and the helplessness in the face of future collapses.
San Rafael Block Geological Map Compilation
In order to ending the presentation of the Book the geological map compilation of the San Rafael Block is offered. It is separated in three main sectors, with the location of the outcrops of the pre-Carboniferous units described within the Book. From North to South are: Sierra de las Peñas, Sierra Pintada, and Agua Escondida areas. The complete geological compilation is exposed as Supplementary Material that it was based on several bibliographic references.Fil: Cingolani, Carlos Alberto. Extremal functions for the critical Trudinger–Moser inequality with logarithmic Kernels
In this paper we study Moser–Trudinger type inequalities for some nonlocal energy functionals in presence of a logarithmic convolution potential, when the domain is a ball. In particular, we perform a blow-up analysis to prove existence of extremal functions in the borderline case of critical growth. Using this, we sharpen the results in [S. Cingolani and T. Weth J. London Math. Soc. 105 (2022) 1897–1935] under critical growth assumptions and give answers to some questions left open in [S. Cingolani and T. Weth J. London Math. Soc. 105 (2022) 1897–1935]
Marino-Prodi perturbation type results and Morse indices of minimax critical points for a class of functionals in Banach spaces
In this work, we study a class of Euler functionals defined in Banach spaces, associated with quasilinear elliptic problems involving p-Laplace operator (p>2). First we obtain perturbation results in the spirit of the remarkable paper by Marino and Prodi (Boll. U.M.I. (4) 11(Suppl. fasc. 3): 1-32, 1975), using the new definition of nondegeneracy given in (Cingolani- Vannella, Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré: Analyse Non Linéaire. 20:271-292, 2003). We also extend Morse index estimates for minimax critical points, introduced by Lazer and Solimini (Nonlinear Anal. T.M.A. 12:761-775, 1988) in the Hilbert case, to our Banach setting
