No full textIn the global market it is very important to know thepourpose of the travel; in factthedoctrine studies the reason why people travel in the light of the economics and marketing field, as the psychology and the anthropology. In this work the autor would like to study the motivational tourism from a strictly legal point of view, regarding to the factors thatinfluence the choice of the destination, as wellness, health, sport and personal self-determination. The aims of the study is to verifie how the contract law can satisfy the tourist’s interests. El concepto de motivación es la base de los estudios en el turismo y es relacionado para la doctrinaa lanecesidad de escape y a la necesidad de búsqueda. Sin embargo, desde el punto de vista académico, el tema de las motivaciones en el turismo es abordado desde diferentes disciplinas, tales como la psicología, la antropología, la economía y el marketing. Este trabajo entiende estudiar el turismo motivacional desde una prospectiva jurídica; en particular el autor reflexiona sobre la calificación jurídica delos factores que determinan la elección del destino, como el bienestar, la salud, el deporte, l’ autorrealización y el desarrollo personal, con el fin de establecer como el contrato de viaje puede satisfacer estos intereses. Asimismo, de esta manera llegamos a estudiar y analizar cuáles son los instrumentos contractuales que los turistas pueden utilizar en caso de insatisfacción.
Polymyalgia rheumatica and giant cell arteritis
No full textThe original descriptions of polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA) in the medical literature date back to 1888 and 1890, respectively. Classification criteria for PMR and GCA are not standardized since most authors used subjective criteria based on their personal experience. Only one study has evaluated criteria for PMR and has found seven variables with high discriminant value. Criteria for GCA are less varied because a positive biopsy of the temporal artery is diagnostic. However, combinations of different clinical and laboratory features have been used for diagnosis when biopsy is negative or missing. Assessment of PMR/GCA is based on the serial determination of markers of acute phase such as ESR, CRP, or plasma viscosity. However, their value in predicting recurrence of the diseases is poor. New immunological factors including soluble interleukin-2 receptors, interleukin-6, serum soluble CD8, and serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 are presently under investigation
