No full textTreatment of N-heterocyclic silylene Si[N(Bu-t)CH](2) (1) and [(eta(3)-C3H5)PdCl](2) in toluene led to the formation of the mononuclear complex (eta(3)-C3H5)Pd{Si[N(Bu-t)CH](2)}Cl (3), the silicon analogue to N-heterocyclic carbene complex (eta(3)-C3H5)Pd{C[N(Bu-t)CH](2)}Cl (2). Complex 3 was characterized with H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR. Investigation shows that (eta(3)-C3H5)Pd{Si[N(Bu-t)CH](2)}Cl is an active catalyst for Heck coupling reaction of styrene with aryl bromides

Interface-dependent resistance switching in Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3 ceramics
No full textInterface-dependent electric-pulse-induced resistance switching effect (EPIR) in Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3 ceramics was studied. The results reveal that the EPIR effect originates from the interface between the electrodes and the bulk, and the EPIR ratio as well as the high and low resistance states can be strongly influenced by applying a large electrical field on the sample for different intervals. Also, the pulse parameters have great effect on the stability of EPIR and the optimal pulse width, pulse amplitude and read bias are obtained. Based on the space charge limited current mechanism together with the theory of interfacial charge-trapped state, the interface-dependent resistance switching effect is discussed

No full textAuf Grund der Literaturangaben und von sechs eigenen Fallen halten wir folgende Gesichtspunkte in der Einteilung der unter dem Namen des Ren duplex zusammengefassten Entwicklungsvariationen für massgebend: 1. Ren supernumerarius: Mehr als zwei Nieren namlich gesondert, mit eigener Kapsel und eigenen Ableitungswegen. 2 . Ren duplex: Zwei gesondertc Parenchyme, mit entsprechenden Ableitungswegen in einer gemeinsamen Kapsel — bei Anwesenheit einer Anderseitigen Niere. 3. Pyelon und ureter duplex: Nibre in gemeinsamer Kapsel, mit gemeinsamen Parenchym, aber mit gesonderten Abloitungswegen. SUMMARY: On the basis of publications from literature and of six cases examined by the author anatomical varieties summarized under the name of „ren duplicatus“ are suggested to be claissified according the following aspects: 1 . Ren supernumerarius: More than two fully separated kidneys, such with own capsule, pyelon and ureter. 2. Ren duplex: Two separated pareochymata inside of a common capsule each with his own ureter — 'in the presence of a Kidney on the other side. 3. Pyelon and ureter duplex: Two separated efferent Systems (pyelon and ureter) belonging to common parenchyma situated in common capsule
