    This article aims at investigating and explaining the idea of frontier in one of the most important Spanish republican exile writers, Ramón J. Sender, as it comes out in the analysis of his "Relatos fronterizos" (1970). Our purpose is to prove that the frontier in a refugee author has mainly a negative meaning of separation boundary, barrier, fracture, whether you consider it from a real, geographical perspective or from a cultural, social and, even more, linguistic point of view

    This article sets out to offer a reasoned analysis of Francisco de Quevedo’s “Vision” El algouacil endemoniado in a 1644 anonymous manuscript translation never known before and found by the author herself in the Museo Correr Library of Venice. To this end, she studies in a comparative way the text of the Algouacil in three different versions: the original Spanish text by Quevedo, the one by La Geneste first French translation, on which the Venetian “Vision” is based, and the anonymous Italian manuscript version
