The three boys and one girl ages 10 to 14 were fatherless. He was a popular merchant in Watson. By 1939, the Uintah Railway was at its end. Therefore, was the end of Watson and Dragon. Heaton moved his business to Jensen, Utah. He dismanteled his store and home and moved his equipment into the Kelly Merchantile building which was purchased from B. P. Kelly. His new Jensen business establishment will be known as E. E. Heaton Merchantile. Mr. Heaton was an employee of Henry Lee in Leeton, Utah in 1912
