Legal Protection for Victims of Corporate Crimes In The Employment Field at Palembang City
Full text linkCriminal sanctions which are imposed on corporations committing employment crimes as provided inArticle 185 paragraph (1) of the Manpower Act are sufficiently burdensome, both for corporations andcorporate administrators, as the cumulative and alternative system of criminal imposition of criminalpenalties. It means that the corporate executives who commit crimes may be subject to imprisonmentor criminal penalties and both imprisonment and fine. But in practice law enforcement officers do notdirectly impose criminal sanctions in the form of imprisonment to corporate executives who commitcrimes in the field of employment in the city of Palembang. This is due to the tendency of lawenforcement officers to use the principle of subsidiarity, namely the criminal law placed in the ultimumremendium position, on the grounds of economic considerations, so that sanctions are imposed onlyadministrative sanctions and criminal penalties and close the normative rights of labor only. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
POLA PENYUKUKATAAN DALAM BAHASA SUMBAWA: Pendahuluan
Full text linkTulisan ini bermaksud menjelaskan pola penyukukataan dalam bahasa Sumbawa, baik konsonan maupun vokal. Untuk menjelaskan permasalahan tersebut telah dilakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan kepustakaan. Data-data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode padan intralingual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam bahasa Sumbawa ditemukan empat pola penyukukataan. Pertama, pola morfem bersuku tunggal memiliki lima tipe, yaitu V, KV, KVK, KKV, dan KKVK. Kedua, pola morfem bersuku dua memiliki empat belas tipe, yaitu V-V, V-VK, V-KV, V-KVK, VK-KV, VK-KVK, KV-V, KV-VK, KV-KV, KVK-KV, KVK-KVK, KKV-KV, KKV-KVK, dan KKVK-KVK. Ketiga, pola morfem bersuku tiga memiliki sepuluh tipe adalah KV-V-V, KV-V-KV, KV-KV-KVK, KV-KV-KV, KV-KV-KVK, KV-KV-VK, KV-KVK-KVK, KVK-KV-V, KKV-KV-V, dan KVK-KKV-V. Keempat, pola morfem bersuku empat memiliki tiga tipe, yaitu KV-KV-KV-KV, KV-KV-KV-KVK, dan KVK-KV-KV-KVK. Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Pada penelitian ini penulis mengambil judul “Pandangan Hukum Islam Terhadap tindak Kriminal Bagi Wanita: Studi Yuridis Kriminologis Tentang Wanita Yang Melakukan Pencurian Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Wanita Malang”dengan rumusan masalah: Faktor- faktor apa yang menyebabkan wanita melakukan tindak pidana pencurian?, Adakah modus operandi yang dilakukan oleh wanita mempunyai ciri- ciri tersendiri yang membedakan dengan modus operasi yang dilakukan oleh laki- laki?, dan bagaimana pula Islam dalam menanggulangi wanita yang melakukan tindak Kriminal pencurian tersebut? Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang melatarbelakangi seorang wanita yang melakukan tindak kejahatan pencurian disebabkan oleh faktor internal yang meliputi faktor keagamaan, pendidikan, umur dan emosi dan faktor eksternal yang meliputi faktor keluarga, ekonomi dan faktor lingkungan masyarakat. Sementara itu secara praktisi modus operandi pencurian yang dilakukan antara laki- laki dan perempuan terdapat perbedaan. REPRESENTASI KRITIK SOSIAL DALAM TAYANGAN STAND UP COMEDY INDONESIA (ANALISIS SEMIOTIKA DEKONSTRUKSI)
Full text linkThis study entitled "Representation of Social Criticism in Display of Stand Up Comedy Indonesia (The Analysis Semiotics Deconstruction)". This study addresses two main issues, namely: (1) Representation of social criticism in stand-up comedy shows Indonesia. (2) The meaning of the representation of social criticism contained in stand-up comedy shows Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how the representation of the social criticism in stand-up comedy, delivered and to know the meaning of the representation of social criticism in the stand-up comedy shows Indonesia. This study is an analysis of media texts by using a model of semiotic deconstruction of Jacques Derrida. Data collection techniques in this study is documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study, carried out in three stages: description, analysis, and interpretation. The results showed that the material from Abdur within a few appearances in the competition stand up comedy Indonesia, the first preshow edition, Abdur - "Di-'Folbek 'Raditya Dika", show 4th "Handphone Sumber Kecelakaan", show 6th "Orasi dari Timur", and show 9th "Pe Es Ka Kupang". Born by the socio-cultural context behind it, namely: 1). The first preshow edition (Di-Folbek Raditya Dika) is motivated by the phenomenon of educational inequality that occurred in Indonesia, especially in the eastern part which gives the impression that the government "discriminates" and do not give good attention to education for children in eastern Indonesia; 2). 4th edition of the show (Handphone Sumber Kecelakaan) is motivated by the phenomenon than government services for people in underdeveloped areas that led to the development of the area is also slow. 3). 6th edition of the show (Orasi dari Timur) against the backdrop of the observation of Abdur against his apathetic society in electoral participation by large numbers vote. This issue made the government increasingly difficult to get connected with the people they lead. 4). Show 9th edition (Pe eS Ka Kupang) is based upon the phenomenon of inequality of development that occurred in Indonesia. Putuhan MK Nomor 100/PUU-XIII/2015 menjadi jalan pembuka legalitas kolom kosong. Selain putusan MK, kolom kosong kemudian disebutkan dalam UU No. 10 Tahun 2016 sehingga secara yuridis kedudukan kolom kosong adalah sah. In this final project, the writer wants to know the improvement the students’ speaking skill of eleventh grade students of MA Darul Ulum Purwogondo in academic year 2011/2012 by using Role Play Clip.
There is a basic problem that the writer wants to discuss, that is: can Role Play Clip improve the speaking skill of the eleventh grade students of MA DarulUlumPurwogondo in academic year 2011/2012?”. In teaching speaking, the writer use Role Play Clip. The Role Play Clip is one of the teaching techniques where the students do the action/role play in front of the class and make it in form ofvideo. This technique can help the students improve their speaking skill. They have to practice this technique in front of the class.
The objective of the study is to improve the students’ speaking skill by using Role Play Clip. This research will give some useful and anvantages for students in teaching ands learning process. The students will be interest to speak in front of the class.
This research was conducted in MA Darul Ulum Purwogondo. The writer used a classroom action research with 35 students (21 girls and 14 boys)of XI IPA as subject. This research consisted of 3 cycles and each cycle consits of planning, action, obsevation, and reflection.
The instruments of the research were by using tests. Observations were done to know students’ and teacher’ activities and questionnaires were also be done to know the teacher’s problem in teaching English to improve speaking skill by Using Role Play Clip. Based on the data analysisduring 3 cycles.The writer concludes that there is an increase in students’ speaking skill. The result of the test shows that students’ score in cycle I was 66.57. It means that the test was not successful. In cycle II, the result of test was 68, it means there was an increase. The result of test in cycle III was 71.71, so the Role Play Clip can improve the students speaking skill.
Because the research was successful, the writer suggests the teacher uses Role Play Clip to teach speaking. It can make the students interest and have good confidence when they want to speak
