She is also an associate member of the Nottingham Interdisciplinary Centre for Economic and Political Research (NICEP). She is the author of Conditionality, the EU and Turkey: From Transformation to Retrenchment(2019). F.^This book explores the Europeanisation of gender policies and addresses some of the challenges of the debates surrounding the EU’s impact on domestic politics. Using Turkey as a case study, it illustrates that Europeanisation needs a feminist agenda and perspective. The first part of the book critically engages with the literature on Europeanisation, the EU’s gender policies and gender policymaking, and the interaction between Europeanisation and gender policies to argue that the Europeanisation framework falls short in devising sustainable gender policies due to a lack of feminist rationale and theory.^Melis Cin is Lecturer in Education and Social Justice at Lancaster University, UK. Domain wall solutions with quark matter in higher dimensional space-times
6th International Conference of the Balkan-Physical-Union -- AUG 22-26, 2006 -- Istanbul, TURKEYIn this paper, we have examined quark matter in the perfect form attached to domain walls in the higher dimensional spherical symmetric space-time admitting one-parameter group of conformal motions. For this purpose, we have solved Einstein's field equations for higher dimensional spherical symmetric space-time via conformal motions. Also, we have discussed the features of the obtained solutions.Balkan Phys Union,Turkish Phys Soc,Istanbul Univ,Yildiz Tech Univ,Bogaz Univ,Dogus Univ,European Phys Soc,Govt Istanbul,Istanbul Metropolitan Municipal,Turkish Atomic Energy Author,Sci & Technol Res Council Turkey,United Natl Educ Sci & Cultutal Org,NEL ElectronikCanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Scientific Research Project Council [2006/5]This work was supported by Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University Scientific Research Project Council under the grant 2006/5
