Adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) is a rare disorder of unknown aetiology, characterised by high spiking fever, an evanescent, erythematous, maculopapular rash, arthralgia or arthritis, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, sore throat and serositis.
