S pomočjo meritev pridobljenih na pilotni napravi za uplinjanje biomase v lebdeči krožeči plasti (»FICFB – Fast Internal Circulating Fluidized Bed«) podjetja Bosio d.o.o. v Celju ter podatkov pridobljenih iz podobnih naprav, smo po pregledu možnosti čiščenja plinov in glede na zahtevano kvaliteto, podali predloge za čiščenje sinteznega in izpustnih plinov.The core problem of the diploma thesis deals with the stage of purification of the synthesis gas and exhaust gases generated during FICFB (Fast Internally Circulating Fluidized Bed) solid fuel gasification. After reviewing the gas purification options suggestions for purification of synthesis gas and exhaust gases according to the required quality level were prepared based on the data measured on the pilot device for FICFB (Fast Internally Circulating Fluidized Bed) biomass gasification process at Bosio d.o.o. in Celje and data compiled by means of similar devices

Magistrsko delo se začne s kratkim povzetkom zgodovine razvoja industrijskih peči, njihovo klasifikacijo in opisom komorne peči z vozičkom. Sledi zasnova in razdelitev pogonskih sklopov glede na obremenitve. Za vsak tip pogonskega sklopa smo definirali komponente, ki so bile ustrezno preračunane in standardizirane. V zaključku magistrskega dela so predstavljeni doseženi cilji, ki dokazujejo, da smo uspešno tipizirali pogonski sklop. Navedli smo tudi usmeritve za nadaljevanje dela na tem področju.The master\u27s thesis describes the design, typing and standardization of the drive train for an industrial furnace used at BOSIO d.o.o. In the introduction of the master\u27s thesis, we briefly presented the history behind the development of industrial furnaces, their classification and description of boogie-hearth chamber furnace. Further, we discussed the drive train design and classification by load. For each type of the drive train, we have defined components, which we then calculated and standardized. In the conclusion, we outlined obtained objectives that serve as a proof of our successful standardization of the drive chain. We summed up by providing guidelines for further improvements in this field

Reconstruction of standard electrical resistent furnace for heat treatment
Get PDFDiplomsko delo opisuje predelavo konstrukcije elektro uporovne komorne peči izdelane v podjetju BOSIO d.o.o. Preračun nosilne konstrukcije peči je izveden po pogodbi in s pomočjo programskega paketa SCIA ENGINEER 2011. Konstrukcija je dimenzionirana za 1000 kilogramov odkovkov, ki se bodo znotraj peči termično obdelovali. Na podlagi rezultatov je določen glavni konstrukcijski element. Na koncu diplomskega dela so prikazani rezultati, ki dokazujejo, da konstrukcija prenaša vse predpisane obremenitve in je v skladu s pogodbo ter pripadajočimi standardi.The diploma thesis focuses on modifying the construction of the resistance chamber furnace manufactured by BOSIO d.o.o. The calculation of the new load-bearing capacity of the furnace under this contract is carried out by means of the SCIA ENGINEER 2011 program package. The construction is sized to 1,000kg of forgings, which will be thermally treated inside a furnace. Based on the results the main construction element will be designated. In the conclusion, results will be presented showing that the load-bearing capacity of the construction corresponds to the prescribed load, this contract and accompanying standards
Global Citizenship Education from an Intercultural Perspective
No full textAll over the world, societies are becoming increasingly multiethnic and multicultural. The presence of citizens with diverse backgrounds within the same nation-state necessitates a rethinking of the concept of citizenship, which in many countries is still rooted in the nationalistic theories of the 19th century. Acknowledging people's multiple identities and senses of belonging has become essential in shaping a new understanding of citizenship. In this context, the reflections of the Council of Europe and UNESCO—particularly their promotion of Global Citizenship Education (GCE)—are especially relevant. This article aims to stimulate reflection on GCE by integrating an intercultural approach. The research findings and practical programmes on citizenship education and intercultural competence developed by the Centre for Intercultural Studies at the University of Verona, Italy, offer further impetus for this reevaluation. Finally, the author advocates for the adoption of Intercultural Citizenship Education (ICE) as a means to transcend nationalistic, Western-centric and neoliberal frameworks and to foster global dialogue and scholarly exchange

Il recupero di una centralità fondata sulla funzione residenziale nei comuni
della metropoli milanese che negli ultimi decenni sono stati oggetto di
un incremento demografico accelerato e di processi di processi intensi di
edificazione di nuovi quartieri. Il comune lombardo di Cinisello Balsamo
assunto come esemplare campo di applicazione di studi e di progetti didattici
orientati alla costruzione di un sistema urbano fondato sul valore
di un centro fortemente abitato. Una ricognizione sui temi che degli ultimi
decenni hanno connotato la struttura centrale della città: la piazza, il mercato,
le abitazioni. Note sulle trasformazioni avvenute nelle città europee
a partire dalla seconda metà del XIX secolo e considerazioni sulle nuove
popolazioni urbane e sui centri commerciali immagine come rovesciamento
del rapporto tra la città è i suoi spazi pubblici. L’analisi delle struttura
urbana e commerciale di Cinisello Balsamo, con una attenzione alle ultime
trasformazioni, che hanno generato un centro con forte presenza di edifici
e servizi pubblici ma con una povera rete di commercio di vicinato e senza
un tessuto urbano connettivo frutto di un solido impianto residenziale.
INHABITING THE CITY CENTRE. A DIDACTIC WORKSHOP FOR CINISELLO BALSAMO
The rehabilitation of a notion of urban centre founded upon residential
needs, within municipalities located within the Milanese metropolitan
area which, in the last decades, have been the object of a progressive
population growth and of a intense process of construction of new
neighborhoods. The Lombard minicipality of Cinisello Balsamo, considered
as an exemplary field of experimentation of studies and didactic
projects oriented toward the construction of an urban system founded
upon the notion of a densely populated urban centre. An investigation on
themes characterizing in the last decades the central structure of the city:
the square, the market, the house. Notes on transformations happening
within European cities since the second half of the nineteenth century,
and considerations on the new urban population and on shopping malls
as the reverse image of the relationship between the city and its public
spaces. The analysis of the urban and commercial structure of Cinisello
Balsamo, with an attention to the latest changes, generating the creation
of a centre having a strong density of buildings and public services,
although characterized by a weak network of neighborhood shopping services and by an urban tissue poorly connected by a solid housing

Maxillary lateral incisor agenesis and its relationship to overall tooth size
No full textStatement of problem: Agenesis of the maxillary lateral incisor is linked to differences in overall tooth size. Thus, the mesio-distal space required for final esthetic restoration in patients with missing one of both maxillary lateral incisors may be smaller.
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine if a tooth size discrepancy exists in orthodontic patients with agenesis of the maxillary lateral incisor(s).
Material and methods. Forty sets of dental casts from white orthodontic patients (19 male and 21 female) mean age 15.9 years were collected. All casts had agenesis of one or both maxillary lateral incisors. The teeth were measured with a digital caliper at their greatest mesio-distal width and then compared to a control group matched for ethnicity, age and sex. S One-way repeated measures ANOVA (α=.05) was used for statistical analysis.
Results. Males in the test group had significantly smaller maxillary posterior teeth when compared to males in the control group, with differences ranging from 0.28-0.78mm. Females showed significantly smaller maxillary anterior teeth, with differences ranging from 0.22-0.42mm. The remaining maxillary lateral incisor was also significantly smaller (1.27mm difference) in the male and female unilateral agenesis test groups indicating higher incidence of ‘peg’ laterals when compared to the control group.
Conclusions. Agenesis of one or both maxillary lateral incisors is associated with a tooth size discrepancy.
