The analyses on the surface properties of the annealed-diamond membrane
Polycrystalline diamond films were deposited using methane/hydrogen gas mixture on silicon substrates by a microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) system. From X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, the oxygen & the C signals were observed for the as-deposited diamond film. The oxygen signal was due to physiosorbed water or weakly bound oxygen species. After the 800 8C annealing process, the Si/Si (99.8 eV), Si/O (102.8 eV), Si/Ox (104.8 eV) & the C/O (286.5 eV) bonds appeared for the surface of the diamond film. Moreover, it was shown that the film quality was improved by the 800 8C annealing process. However, it was found that the oxygen signal decreased & the silicon & silicon/oxide bonds almost disappeared for the
top surface of the annealed-diamond membrane. It was suggested the oxidized dangling bonds & the silicon components on diamond crystallite surfaces were etched away partly by back-etching process. Furthermore, from Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) analyses, the oxygen & the silicon signals were approximately estimated to be more than 1100 A ° from the bottom surface of annealed-diamond membrane. This indicated that the non-diamond components (included the SiC, SiO2 & amorphous carbon, etc.) in the diamond/silicon interface might be thermally diffused through the grain boundaries to the top surface of the annealeddiamond membrane. These findings may be influential in the development on the characteristic of diamond electrical devices in the future

The female holotype was collected from Yulongxueshan whilst the male paratypes were collected from Ludian, thus the association of male and female requires a confirmation from more material. In a recent expedition made by the first author, specimens of both sexes were collected from both localities. An examination of male and female genitalia proved the original association of male and female to be correct. Distribution. Exploring the factors affecting mode choice intention of autonomous vehicle based on an extended theory of planned behavior - a case study in China
Autonomous vehicle (AV) is an innovative transport option that has the potential to disrupt all industries tied to transportation systems. The advent of AV technology will bring a novel on-demandmobility pattern such as shared autonomous vehicle (SAV). To promote AV technology, it is important to understand which factors influence travelers' intention to use AVs and SAVs. This paper collected literature from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science and ScienceDirect, and made a systematic review. The study aims to explore the determinants that influence travelers' behavioral intentions towards use AVs and SAVs based on an extended version of the theory of planned behavior, which incorporates knowledge and perceived risk. This study was tested empirically using a valid survey sample collected from 906 respondents in China. Structural equation model was conducted to investigate the predictors of intentions to use AVs and SAVs. Results showed that knowledge about AV technology and perceived risk are the two main potential obstacles for travelers to use AVs and SAVs. Attitude significantly affects AVs and SAV choice intentions. Subjective norm is the most critical factor affecting the travelers' intention to use AVs. Perceived behavioral control potentially stymie the travelers' intention to use SAVs. The findings will enhance the understanding of travelers' choice motivation from psychological and service perspectives, and provide data support for governments and companies in improving travel management strategies and product services.</p
