    This study aimed to analyze the eff ect of commitment and motivation on the performance of health cadres in the village Sidomoyo, Godean, Sleman. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method. Data collected by providing a list of questions to respondents on aff ective commitment, commitment to sustainability, normative commitment, motivation and performance of health cadres.     The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of employees' performance appraisal (Responsibility, Cooperation, and the Initiative) to the promotion of employees in PT. SAI Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch partially and to identify the influence of employees' performance appraisal (Responsibility, Cooperation, and the Initiative) to the promotion of employees in PT. SAI Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch together.The population in this study were all employees of the non-promotion PT SAI Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch. The sample is selected by using the method of saturated samples, based on the population described above, subsequent samples taken by investigators that were 58 employees. As well as measuring instruments used were variables using Likert scale. This study used multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the test results of t test on the responsibility of the variable not to affect the promotion of employees. Results of t test variable cooperation no effect on the promotion of employees. Later in the third variable that is the initiative contributes to the promotion of employees

    This study entitled “The Effect of Fuel Price Increase Against Composite Stock Price Index In Indonesia Stock Exchangeâ€, with populations used in this study is a data sample JCI JCI to 8 working days before and 8 days of work after the fuel price hike june 22 2013, researchers assume that the time span of the study will occur the impact of rising fuel prices which impact on the presence of differences in returns and significant abnormal return 8 working days 8 working days before and after the increase in fuel prices, this is evidenced by the value of α <sig. While the subsequent twsting using a one sample t-test to get the result there is no significant abnormal return in 8 working days before and 8 days after the work is evidenced by the increase in fuel prices α < sig.     This study is performed to examine the effect of Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in companies that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2006-2008.The population of this research is 387 company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2006-2008. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling on criterion (1) the company that represent their financial report per 2006-2008, and (2) the company that continually share their dividend period 2006-2008. The data is obtained based on Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD 2009) publication. It is gained sample amount of 12 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with the least square difference and hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and F-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 5%.This research results that Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and (DER) Return on Asset (ROA) gives are not significantly positive effect on dividend payout ratio (DPR). We suggest for investors in Indonesian Stock Exchange whose purpose to gain dividend should be pay attention for informations that issued by the company, because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments. On this research, Return On Asset (ROA) shows the most influencing variable toward DPR that pointed by the amount of beta standardized coefficients value 1,130, DER are 0,096, and Cash Position are 0.03

    This study aims to determine whether compensation, motivation and job training affect the performance of employees or service employees Yogyakarta Special Region Agriculture and analyze the influential factors and has no effect on the performance of employees or employees of the Department of Agriculture Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were employees or Dinas employees Yogyakarta Special Region of Agriculture. 84 samples were processed respondent. The sampling technique uses sampling purposive, the number of samples obtained was 84 respondents, i.e. sampling techniques with certain considerations. Considerations in this research is a permanent employee. Based on the results of statistical data analysis, the indicators of the study this is valid and the variables are reliable. Order individually from each of the most influential variables is the training variablework with a t test value of 3.758, then compensation with a t test value of 2,309. Then the variable that has no effect is the motivation variable with a t test value of -0.826. Yogyakarta Special Region Government needs maintain elements that have been assessed as good as giving Work compensation and training, and those with less influence need to be evaluated back to work motivation. The amount of influence caused (R2) by these three variables together to the bound of 0.229 or 22.9%, while the remaining 0.771 or 77.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

    This study aims to determine the influence of personal factors, factors organizational and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment employees at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees who worked at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. The sample in this study totaling 40 employees at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT.AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. Which uses the Sampling method saturation that is taking all the number of employees. The type of data used is primary data. Data is obtained directly from the source or object research is by distributing questionnaires. The results of panel data regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05 can be obtained it was concluded that the 0.173 personal factor hypothesis had no effect on organizational commitment, the second hypothesis of organizational factors 0.296 no effect on organizational commitment, the third hypothesis is non factors organizational 0,008 has a significant effect on organizational commitment, the fourth hypothesis is personal factors, organizational factors and non factors organizational significant effect simultaneously on commitment organizational value of 0.025

    This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Transformational Leadership on Readiness for Change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. The population in this study were 357 employees of Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta University and the sample used was 103 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with sample criteria were permanent employees with a minimum working period of one year and had not moved to campus 4 UAD. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement has no effect on Readiness for Change at Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Organizational Commitment affects the Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Transformational Leadership has no effect on Readiness for Change at Ahmad Dahlan University employees. And employee engagement, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership simultaneously influence the readiness for change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta

    This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, incentives and work environment both partially and jointly on the loyalty of the administrative staff of the Faculty office at Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection using a questionnaire method (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study was all administrative employees in all faculties at Ahmad Dahlan University, amounting to 60 employees with sample collection techniques using saturated samples, so the sample size in this study amounted to 60 employees. The results showed that: 1) Leadership has a significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by the results of the t test of 3.123 with a significance of 0.003. 2) Incentives have a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by the results of t count of -2,378 with a significance of 0.021. 3) The work environment has no effect on employee loyalty. 4) Leadership, incentives and work environment together have a significant effect on employee loyalty, this is indicated by an F count of 3.647 with a significance of 0.0.018 with a regression equation Y = -2.315 + 0.432X1-0.333X2 + 0.099X3 + e. With a large effect of 0.16.3%, while the remaining 83.7% is influenced by other independent variables that are not observed

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the Company (Diversity, Employee Support, and Environment) on Employee Performance at PT. Aqua Golden Misisipi Citeureup either partially (individually) or simultaneously (together). The population in this study amounted to 767 employees and then taken as many as 90 samples using purposive sampling technique sampling. The type of data is primary data and data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity using confirmatory factor analysis (CVA), and reliability testing using Alpha Crobach, analysis techniques using Multiple Regression. Based on the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V 20 it can be concluded that the employee support variable (X2) partially influences employee performance (Y) while the diversity variable (X1) and environment (X3) partially does not significantly influence employee performance (Y ). While simultaneously (together) diversity (X1), employee support (X2) and environment (X3) significantly influence employee performance (Y) at PT. Aqua Golden Misisipi Citeureup
