Flughafenentwicklung in der Region Berlin Dokumentation
No full textZum beabsichtigten Bau eines neuen internationalen Flughafens Berlin-Brandenburg aeusserten sich auf einer Veranstaltung mit anschliessender Diskussion mehrere Fachleute aus dem Verkehrs-, Wirtschafts- und Planungsbereich. Im einzelnen berichtet wird ueber Chancen der Region Berlin als Brueckenkopf zwischen Ost und West im europaeischen Flugverkehr sowie ueber Anforderungen an ein neues Flughafenkonzept aus der Sicht: Der Betreiber, der Deutschen Luthansa, der Wirtschaft. Aufgezeigt werden danach verkehrspolitische Grundsaetze fuer die Flughafenkonzeption in der Region Berlin-Brandenburg sowie raumplanerische Aspekte fuer den Standort eines neuen Flughafens in der Region Berlin und die Strategien fuer eine Flughafenplanung mit fruehzeitiger Buergerbeteiligung. Anmerkungen werden gemacht zum ansteigenden Fluggastaufkommen sowie zum zuegig vorangetriebenen Ausbau des bereits bestehenden Flughafens Berlin-Schoenefeld. (HWJ)During an event with subsequent discussion, a number of traffic, economics and planning experts made statements on the planned construction of a new Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport. Detailed reports are given on the chances of the Berlin Region as a bridgehead between East and West in European air traffic and on requirements for a new airport concept from the point of view of airport operators, German Lufthansa, and economics. This is followed by a presentation of traffic political principles underlying the airport concept in the Berlin-Brandenburg region, and physical planning aspects for the site of a new airport in the Berlin Region, and the strategies for airport planning involving citizens at an early stage. Remarks are made in respect of increasing passenger volumes and the accelerated extension of the existing Berlin-Schoenefeld Airport. Ziel ist dabei auch die Einbeziehung energiesparenden und regenerativen Techniken. Im Rahmen eines Symposium wurde versucht, moegliche Anwendungen der Solarenergie aufzuzeigen. Fuer alle 11 enthaltenen Fachbeitraege wurde eine gesonderte inhaltliche Erschliessung durchgefuehrt.
