El Banquete griego en Occidente: La Galia: alcance y límites de un tipo de comensalidad
No full text[ES] Partiendo del significado social del banquete en la Grecia arcaica el presente trabajo analiza la posible expansión
de esta celebración por otras zonas del Mediterráneo durante los siglos VI-IV aC. En efecto, la significativa importación
de productos griegos a lugares como el sur de la Galia ha sido considerada en ocasiones como un indicio de la
adopción o transformación de parte de las pautas sociales asociadas a la vajilla griega. No hay sin embargo que perder
de vista otros factores que pudieron influir de manera importante en el proceso, como la existencia de una comensalidad
indígena anterior en torno a bebidas alcohólicas autóctonas. Dentro de esta perspectiva, los productos griegos se
habrían incorporado a una dinámica preexistente, asimilando o reinterpretando su primitivo sentido y significado.[EN] Tout en prenant considération du sens social du banquet dans la Gréce archaique, ce travail analyse son
probable expansion vers d'autres régions de la mer Méditerranée dans les VI-IV siglo av. J.-C. En effet, I'une des
conséquences de I'importation significative des produits grecs vers le sud de la Gaule a pu Gtre I'adoption -ou la
transformation- d'une partie des comportements sociaux liés des l'origine a ces produits grecs. Mais il faul aussi tenir
compte d'autres facteurs qui ont pu influer, d'une maniere importante, sur ce processus comilimetrose, par exemple,
I'existence d'une comilimetrosansalité indigéne antérieure autour des boissons alcooliques et autochtones. Dans ce
sens-la, les objets d'origine grec auront rejoint a une dynamique préexistante, dont le primitif sens et signification aurait
pu changer selon les influences de la Gréce, quand les indigenes assimilaient les nouveaux idées ou, plutot, les

Under divine wings: forms of ideological and territorial domination during the Iberian Iron Age
No full textThis article explores the ways in which the Iberian communities of the Iron Age developed a model of extension and legitimization for their social hierarchies. By analysing the testimonies of the ideational realm and the territorial occupation of the Iberian populations, it is argued that the representation of a winged goddess was used by certain families to legitimize the control and possession of natural resources. Thus, the contextual analysis of this goddess can explain a territorial domination established in the southern sub-plateau of the Iberian Peninsula. A Mediterranean model of the goddess is transformed by combining traditional and foreign elements to create a unique synthesis. What draws our attention, though, is how this new being was eventually integrated into the changes that took place in local populations, which established new constructions of space and new relationships of patronage. New practices appear, such as the persistence of ancient forms of pottery and a symbolic opposition to imported objects. In the following pages, I will identify the underlying process as a territorial division conducted by certain settlements as they explored a broader spatial control. I will explore one of these territories and the ideology employed to implement this form of domination.Peer reviewe
