Application and Use of Multivariate Control Charts In a BTA Deep Hole Drilling Process

    No full text
Deep hole drilling methods are used for producing holes with a high length-to-diameter ratio, good surface finish and straightness. The process is subject to dynamic disturbances usually classified as either chatter vibration or spiralling. In this paper, we will focus on the application and use of multivariate control charts to monitor the process in order to detect chatter vibrations. The results showed that chatter is detected and some alarm signals occurs at time points which can be connected to physical changes of the process. --

Travel literature used to be a favorite resource for  intelligentsia  in general ; historians depend on it as  an authentic document  and ;geographers explore more about  the countries  and places ;anthropologists  try to  study the origin and development of human societies; cultures ;customs ; and tradition . As for the writer; he will be involved in different literary styles  ,storytelling fact and fiction ; narration ;description ;dialogue and exciting scenes. This  article aims to shed   light on the Ibn E-Din Al- Aghouati  travel document which was  dominated by a brief  flash description ; without  prejudice to the meaning

Global minimum and orthogonality in C1-classes

College of Science, Department of Mathematics, PO Box 2455, Riyadh 11451, Saudi ArabiaIn this paper we characterize the global minimum of an arbitrary function defined on a Banach space, in terms of a new concept of derivatives adapted for our case from a recent work due to D.J. Keckic (J. Operator Theory, submitted for publication). Using these results we establish several new characterizations of the global minimum of the map defined by Fψ(X)=ψ(X)1, where ψ :U→C1 is a map defined by ψ(X)=S+φ(X) and φ :B(H)→B(H) is a linear map, SC1, and U={XB(H): φ(X)C1}. Further, we apply these results to characterize the operators which are orthogonal to the range of elementary operators. This work is supported, for the first author, by the Research Center Project Math/1422/10 and for the second author by the Research Center Project Math/1422/22

    V-Proximal Trustworthy Banach Spaces

    No full text
In a recent work (2016), the first author proved the fuzzy sum rule for the V-proximal subdifferential under some natural assumptions on an equivalent norm of the Banach spaces. In the present paper, we are going to prove that the class of Banach spaces satisfying the fuzzy sum rule is very large and contains all Lp spaces 1<p<∞ as well as the sequence spaces lp1<p<∞, the Sobolev spaces Wp,n1<p<∞, and the Schatten trace ideals Cp1<p<∞

2D Numerical Analysis of Shallow Foundation Rested Near Slope under Inclined Loading

AbstractThe bearing capacity of vertically loaded strip footing near slope in plane strain conditions has always been one of the subjects of major interest in geotechnical engineering for researchers and practical engineers. In the literature few studies deal with inclined loaded strip footings adjacent to a cohesionless slope. This study focuses on the numerical analysis of the bearing capacity for a strip footing near a cohesionless slope, and subjected to a centered inclined load, using the finite difference code Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua (FLAC). In this study, several geometrical and mechanical parameters have been considered in order to evaluate the effect of the slope on the bearing capacity. The obtained results are presented in terms of normalised failure envelopes in two-dimensional loading plane (H/Vo, V/Vo). The results show the influence of the load inclination and the position of the footing with respect to the slope on the bearing capacity

Towards Behavioral Web Service Discovery Approach: State of the Art

    No full text
AbstractThe literature on web service (WS) discovery recognizes a major problem in the requirements of service consumption. Current works on WS discovery focuses on WS discovery scenario and neglect the analysis of the intervention of service consumer. Therefore, the problem of service consumer needs must be solved to guarantee the pertinence of WS selection and the consumer satisfaction. In this paper, we defined a comparative study between the WS discovery approaches. Based on the comparison framework, analyzes lead us to propose a specific approach to SOA named B-WSD approach based on behavioral aspect. The behavioral description of a WS consists in describing the order of invocation of WS operations more precisely the execution manner of composed WS
