Content strategy for the refinement of an AI copywriting assistant
This thesis addresses the challenges faced by Walls.io in achieving lead generation and sign-up goals, which are critical for the company's growth. A significant factor contributing to this challenge is the time constraint faced by the Content Marketing Manager, who is responsible for both strategy development and content creation. This research project investigates the development of a personalized AI assistant, which leverages GPT technology, with the objective of alleviating the time constraints inherent in the content creation process. By constructing a knowledge base with prompt techniques, the AI assistant generated high-quality content that adhered to structural, stylistic, and factual accuracy standards, achieving a human-like quality score of over 70%. These findings illustrate the potential of AI to optimize content operations for small marketing teams. Facultad de Ciencias Químicas; Argentina.Las reacciones electroquímicas de halógenos y halogenuros sobre electrodos de platino en algunos solventes apróticos han sido objeto de previas investigaciones que aportan información sobre los equilibrios existentes en solución entre las diferentes especies involucradas, parámetros cinéticos y parámetros di±'usionales. Así se estudiaron las reaccio nes anódicas y catódicas de soluciones de I y I en diinetil í \ sulfóxido (DLISO)" ', en donde se encontró que la reacción I + 12 = I en este solvente tiene fundamental importancia en la interpretación de los resultados obtenidos. El estudio ms completo sobre este particular fue el realizado en aceto nitrilo (ACN)(2_4), en donde se analizaron las reacciones anódicas y catódicas de soluciones de f y X y mezclas de ambos en distintas proporciones (x = Cl, Br, 1). La utilización de este solvente permitió diferenciar las reacciones que ocurren con los distintos halógenos ya que tanto la reac ción de oxidación como de reducción transcurren a través de dos ondas de polarización para el caso de X = 1, Br; mientras que lo hacen a través de una sola onda en el caso de X = Ci, tal cual ocurre para todas las especies halogenadas en medio acuoso (5-10).Fil.: Lopez, Beatriz Alicia. Gangliosides in Axon Stability and Regeneration
Gangliosides are a family of sialic acid-containing glycosphingolipids highly expressed in the nervous system of vertebrates. Over the last 25years, research has unmasked several of their neurobiological functions but the role of gangliosides in the nervous system remains not fully elucidated. Genetic disruption of genes for key enzymes involved in ganglioside biosynthesis led to the discovery of their diverse functions and highlighted the exquisite structural specificity required in this processes. In the nervous system, gangliosides regulate axonal caliber and organize ion channels at the nodes of Ranvier, a critical step to ensure fast conduction velocity of myelinated fibers. They also act as receptors for lectins located on apposing myelin membranes critical to maintain axon-glia interactions that result in cytoskeleton stabilization. After a lesion, gangliosides acting as receptors for glial-derived molecules present in the extracellular milieu can halt axon regeneration. Similarly, antiganglioside antibodies present in autoimmune neurological conditions can mimic this inhibitory effect on nerve repair. Studying the molecular details of the molecular interaction of gangliosides in trans with ligands present on apposing cell membranes and receptor/transducer molecules in cis interaction at the axolemma membrane, together with their downstream signaling pathways, represent a unique opportunity to expand our knowledge about the role of gangliosides in the nervous system.Fil: Lopez, Pablo.
