No full textEchiniscus reticulatus Murray, 1905 Material examined. Five moss samples from Site 3 contained 85 specimens plus 25 exuvia containing eggs. Six moss samples from Site 5 contained 95 specimens plus 9 exuvia containing eggs. Remarks. In China this species has previously been reported from Sichuan Province (Beasley et al. 2006) and Shaanxi Province (Li 2007). Paramacrobiotus lorenae Biserov 1996
No full textParamacrobiotus cf. lorenae (Biserov, 1996) Material examined. Two moss samples from Site 5 contained a total of 37 adults (three in the simplex stage) and 26 eggs. Remarks. All morphometric data of these specimens were consistent with Paramacrobiotus lorenae except the annulation of the egg processes was not seen. However, these specimens were different from other species in the P. richtersi group by one or more characteristics. P. lorenae was described from Popov Island, part of eastern Russia, and has so far not been reported from any other location. No full text<i>Cornechiniscus lobatus</i> (Ramazzotti, 1943) <p> <b>Material examined.</b> Six moss samples from Sites 1 and 5 contained 99 specimens.</p> <p> <b>Remarks.</b> This species was first reported from China by Bartoš (1963), with the second record 43 years later by Beasley <i>et al.</i> (2006). No full textDoryphoribius taiwanus Li & Li, 2008 Material examined. One moss sample from Site 5 yielded two specimens. Remarks. These specimens were smaller than the type specimens. The presence of transverse crests, expanded claw bases, and cuticular tubercles were consistent with the description of this species. The pt values for the buccal tube diameter and macroplacoids were approximately those of paratype 2, which was smaller than the holotype (Li & Li 2008).
