Synthesis and evaluation of amphiphilic scorpion-like and star macromolecules for biomedical applications
No full textSelf-assembled and unimolecular amphiphilic macromolecules with pseudo-double branched and single tails were synthesized. Degradation behavior, drug loading efficiency, drug release rate and stability of macromolecules were investigated. The anti-tumor drug, Camptothecin and the anti-inflammatory drug, Indomethacin were used to evaluate drug loading and release efficiency. Unimolecular amphiphilic macromolecules were more stable in the presence of the enzyme, lipase and human serum albumin (HSA) compared to self-assembled macromolecules. Pseudo-branched macromolecules drug release rate was slower compared to linear macromolecules.
Furthermore, self-assembled single tail amphiphilic macromolecule (AScMs) were modified to achieve active tumor targeting and to achieve high concentration of drug with cyclo(RGDfk) and Doxorubicin, respectively. Cyclo(RGDfk) conjugated AScMs showed higher uptake in tumor cells compared to AScMs alone. Furthermore, AScMs and Cyclo(RGDfk)-AScMs showed similar uptake profile with healthy cells. Higher loading efficiency was determined in Doxorubicin conjugated AScMs. On the other hand, lower IC50 value (high toxicity) was determined by AScMs-Dox conjugation.
Self-assembled pseudo branched macromolecules were modified with two carboxylate acids to achieve higher Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) uptake. LDL uptake of branched macromolecules was compared with linear self-assembled macromolecules which are modified with carboxylic acid and sulfuric acid by our group members. Two carboxylate acid conjugated-AScMs (2CM branched) achieved the highest LDL uptake compared to other macromolecules.M.S.Includes bibliographical references.by Bahar Demirdire

Bu bağlamda bu araştırmanın asıl amacı; hem akademik, hem iş hayatına yönelik olarak, iş gücünün bir üretim faktörü olarak modellenmesi ve bu alanda yapılan her türlü iyileştirme/ geliştirme faaliyetinin bir çeşit yatırım değerlendirmesi gözüyle geri dönüş oranlarının hesaplanmasıdır. Her ne kadar bu yaklaşım ilk sunumda ergonomik anlamda “katı” ve “parasal odaklı” bir yaklaşım gibi gözükse de bu çalışmada geliştirilen metotlar “yumuşak” ve “parasal odaklı olmayan faydayı” içermesi nedeniyle, kapsamlı, bütüncül ve tam olarak nitelendirilebilir. Geliştirilen bu yaklaşımla ergonominin insan kaynaklarının verimliliğine doğrudan etkisi daha net olarak sayısallaştırılabilmektedir. Bu sayede Endüstri Mühendisliği Bahar Konferanslarının asıl vurgulamak istediği ergonominin stratejik önemini netleştirmek ve endüstriyel gelişmekte olan ülkeler için bir rekabet faktörü olarak benimsenmesi mümkün olacaktır

Retorika atau seni berbicara salah satu kesuksesaan
seseorang dalam berbicara kepada khalayak luas. Retorika yang
baik akan menimbulkan dakwah yang baik agar pesan dakwah
yang disampaikan dapat diterima oleh Mad‟U atau khalayak luas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Retorika dakwah Habib
Bahar Bin Smith pada akun Youtube Orde Salaf Official. Penelitian
ini adalah penelitian tentang retorika atau gaya bahasa terkait
dengan Dakwah Habib Bahar Bin Smith di media sosial youtube,
dalam hal ini penulis mengamati video ceramah Habib Bahar bin
smith diakun youtube orde salaf official dengan judul youtube
Ceramah Habib Bahar Bin Smith yang paling berani.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan
menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research),
yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode
pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta
mengelolah bahan penelitian. Penelitian ini bersifat deksriptif,
yaitu penulis menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang
permasalahan yang akan di teliti, yaitu mengenai “Retorika
Dakwah Habib Bahar Bin Smith Pada Akun Youtube Orde Salaf
Official” video yang berjudul Dakwah Habib Bahar Bin Smith
Paling Berani berdurasi 32 menit. Teknik yang dipakai adalah
analisis data kualitatif, menggunakan reduksi, analisis video,
penyajian dan verifikasi. Data primer diperoleh dari sumber pada
akun Youtube orde salaf official yang menampilkan dakwah Habib
Bahar Bin Smith. Sedangkan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini
meliputi catatan atau dokumentasi berupa majalah, buku, jurnal,
laporan dan sumber-sumber lainnya. Teori yang dipakai teori
Public speaking Stephen E Lucas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan penyampaian ceramah Habib
Bahar bin Smith yang penulis teliti termasuk dalam retorika
dakwah, Da‟I menyampaikan pesan dakwah kepada khalayak luas.
Menurut teori Public speaking Stephen E Lucas, metode
penyampaian ceramah yang digunakan Habib Bahar Bin Smith
pada akun Youtube Orde Salaf Official yang berjudul dakwah

Extemporaneously, ceramah sudah disiapkan sebelumnya berupa
garis besar, tidak memegang atau melihat naskah, tidak pada
mencoba mengingat kata-kata atau pembicara menatap langit�langit. The Speakers Voice, aspek suara,volume suara habib Bahar
sangat jelas didengar. Nada suara ketika berceramah tinggi dan
rendah. Tempo ketika berbicara dalam ceramahnya cepat, tempo
lambat diperlukan saat menjelaskan kata atau informasi yang
rumit. Variasi vokal tidak monoton, kekurangannya ada beberapa
variasi vokal yang terjadi dalam ceramah habib Bahar sedikit
berlebihan. Pengucapan sangat jelas, kata-kata tidak bergantung
pada teks, namun ada beberapa kata yang tidak seharusnya
diucapkan dalam ceramahnya yang terlihat kurang pantas.
Artikulasi baik terucap jelas. Bahasa yang digunakan familiar,
dapat dimengerti. Beberapa ucapan nada suara terdengar tinggi,
bukan berarti marah melainkan karena dialek atau latar belakang
Habib Bahar yang ketika berbicara memang bernada tinggi. The
Speakers Body, penampilan Habib Bahar ketika berceramah dalam
video tersebut, sesuai dengan latar belakang acara. Gerakan tubuh
ketika berceramah terlihat emosional, mengikuti kata dan nada
suara. Kontak mata jelas menatap kehadapan audiens, tidak seperti
orang menghapal yang menatap keatas atau terpaku pada teks.

ABSTRACT
Rhetoric or the art of speaking is one of the successes of a
person in speaking to a wide audience. Good rhetoric will lead to
good da'wah so that the da'wah message conveyed can be accepted
by Mad'U or a wide audience. This study aims to determine the
rhetoric of Habib Bahar Bin Smith's da'wah on the Official Salaf
Order Youtube account. This research is a study of rhetoric or
language style related to the preaching of Habib Bahar Bin Smith
on youtube social media, in this case the author observes the video
lecture of Habib Bahar bin smith on the official salaf order youtube
account with the youtube title Habib Bahar Bin Smith's most
daring lecture.
This research uses qualitative analysis using the type of
library research, namely a series of activities related to library data
collection methods, reading and recording and processing research
materials. This research is descriptive, namely the author describes
systematically the problems to be examined, namely regarding
"Habib Bahar Bin Smith's Da'wah Rhetoric on the Official Salaf
Order Youtube Account" a video entitled Da'wah Habib Bahar Bin
Smith Most Courageous with a duration of 32 minutes. The
technique used is qualitative data analysis, using reduction, video
analysis, presentation and verification. Primary data is obtained
from sources on the official salaf order Youtube account which
features the preaching of Habib Bahar Bin Smith. While secondary
data in this study include records or documentation in the form of
magazines, books, journals, reports and other sources. The theory
used is Stephen E Lucas's public speaking theory.
The results showed that the delivery of Habib Bahar bin
Smith's lecture that the author studied was included in the rhetoric
of da'wah, Da'I delivered da'wah messages to a wide audience.
According to Stephen E Lucas's public speaking theory, the
method of delivering lectures used by Habib Bahar Bin Smith on
the Youtube account of Orde Salaf Official entitled dakwah Habib
Bahar Bin Smith the bravest is the Speaking Extemporaneously
method, the lecture has been prepared in advance in the form of an
outline, not holding or looking at the script, not trying to remember
words or the speaker staring at the ceiling. The Speakers Voice, the

voice aspect, the volume of Habib Bahar's voice is very clear to
hear. The tone of voice when lecturing is high and low. The tempo
when speaking in his talks is fast, a slow tempo is needed when
explaining complicated words or information. Vocal variations are
not monotonous, the drawback is that some of the vocal variations
that occur in Habib Bahar's lectures are a little excessive.
Pronunciation is very clear, words do not depend on the text, but
there are some words that should not be spoken in his lectures that
look inappropriate. Articulation is good and clear. The language
used is familiar, understandable. Some utterances sounded high in
tone, not because of anger but because of Habib Bahar's dialect or
background, which when speaking is indeed high-pitched. The
Speakers Body, Habib Bahar's appearance when lecturing in the
video, in accordance with the background of the event. The body
movements when lecturing look emotional, following the words
and tone of voice. Eye contact is clearly staring at the audience,
unlike memorizing people who stare up or fixate on the text.

This final report aims to analysis the financial performance of Rumah Sakit Ernaldi Bahar Palembang for the year 2014 and 2015. Author collected primary data likes financial statements they are balance sheets, operating statements and budget realization and revenue expenditure. Analysis of financial performance with using financial ratios based on Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan Nomor per-34/PB/2014 tentang Pedoman Penilaian Kinerja Badan Layanan Umum Bidang Layanan Kesehatan by comparing the respective financial statement items that are relevant or significant data on a formula. From the analysis, the author conclude that the hospital has an average financial performance which is not good based on the calculation of financial ratios respectively. The problem is to perform the ratio calculations, there are no hospital budgeting done, such as surplus/deficit before post gains or losses and the amount of the subsidy cost of the patient. The hospital should do budgeting in order to determine the financial performance measurement related to hospital finances for the year 2014 and 2015. The hospital also should be controlling the sales order is not the buffer stock or stock extras that make inventories piled up in vain because it is not sold

Review of Smart Tourism Literature by Bibliometric and Visualizatıon Analysis
No full textThe aim of the research is to examine the publications about smart tourism published in 1980-2019 with bibliometric analysis and to reveal the trends in this subject. For this purpose, the Web of Science Core Collection database was searched under the title of ‘smart tourism’ within the scope of ‘hospitality, leisure and toruism’. The bibliometric data of 145 publications, determined from the database, were downloaded. Social network analysis employed in the context of publication year, publication language, publication types, country collaborations, document joint-citation network, journal joint-citation network, author joint-citation network, topic and keyword trends. According to the findings, it can be said that interest in smart tourism has increased significantly since 2015. Publications are mainly articles and conference proceedings. The language of the publications was English, Spanish and Portuguese respectively. America, England and South Korea have been shown to play an important role in the country collaboration. Journal of Travel Research was the most frequently cited journal and Dimitrios Buhalis was the most cited author. Mobile guest behavior, destination website, open data and intelligent systems are the most studied topics. The most commonly used keywords in the publications were smart tourism, tourism, technology, model, social media, experience and information technology
