    Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari strategi dan mengambil prioritas strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya mengembangkan perikanan rajungan di perairan Teluk Jakarta, khususnya bagi nelayan Muara Gembong Kabupaten Bekasi. Bubu rajungan  dari beberapa aspek internal dan eksternal menunjukan bahwa alat tangkap ini adalah alat tangkap yang ramah lingkungan  di bandingkan dengan alat penangkap rajungan lainya seperti  payang dan arad. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan yaitu pada bulan Januari - Februari 2021 di Kec. Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi - Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode strategi yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan pendekatan Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats (SWOT) serta menggunakan metode Quantitative Strategic Planing Matrix (QSPM) dalam memilih prioritas strategi. Strategi terpilih adalah Stength Opportunity (SO), prioritas strateginya adalah Modernisasi alat tangkap dengan nilai Total Attractive Score (TAS) 4,2439, pengendalian jumlah alat tangkap (4,0715), peningkatan kapasitas SDM nelayan (3,6098) serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pendukung (3,317)

    Knowledege based economy will be a matter of time for Indonesia’s future competitiveness. Therefore, to get there, several basic requirements have to be early prepared. Among others, human capital is perhaps the most important requirement for a country to be able to develop an economic condition based on the capability and capacity of knowledge. Human capital is not just Indonesia concern, it is the concern of all countries. In fact, only some countries can create a condition for human capital to grow effectively and efficiently. Mostly, Higher Education Institution (HEI) or university is the main organization that has objective to develop human capital. The pupose of HEI is to develop academic and non-academic capability for student by mean of educating them with a structured curriculla. However, in today’s environmental condition even with similar curriculla, any HEI may ends up with different quality. From this point of view, this paper will discuss and elaborate further on a policy and strategy that enable a HEI can create a competitive education environment for student to grow up to their best competitive conditions

Therefore, best practices on reliability improvement in industries that operate in high volume consumer product can be used as a reference toward managing product reliability improvement. In reliability improvement the method should not only focus on how to achieve the expected deliverable but also to sustain the improvement itself and to close the improvement loop. The importance of managing product reliability improvement is on how to ensure that the project moves to the right direction without loosing its flexibility

    This paper discuses the concept of managing high-end, high-volume innovative products. High-end, high-volume consumer products are products that have considerable influence to the way of life. Characteristic of High-end, high-volume consumer products are (1) short cycle time, (2) quick obsolete time, and (3) rapid price erosion. Beside the disadvantages that they are high risk for manufacturers, if manufacturers are able to understand precisely the consumer needs then they have the potential benefit or success to be the market leader. High innovation implies to high utilization of the user, therefore these products can influence indirectly to the way of people life. The objective of managing them is to achieve sustainability of the products development and innovation.     Pressures of pandemic Covid 19 and rapid technology development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), and IT based technology lead to the dynamic, sometimes unpredictable, change of customer wants. The dynamic change of customer wants may lead to unsustainable of business as customer has change the existing wants to the new ones. This situation becomes a pressure for business organizations because they have to have new information and update of the customer wants so that they can quickly adapt to their offered product and or business to customer. In the past, the process of updating customer wants may be done in several approaches whether regularly or based on input from the customer itself in the situation of normal business environment (offline). Nowadays, due to the pandemic of Covid 19, most of the customer relation should be done online, there is no other way. Therefore, it is difficult to really understand the customer wants in its reality. The wants, as in value proposition canvas, can be in term of pains and or gains and both of them hardly difficult to really capture via online. Consequently, the adjustment of product and or service to customer wants may delay or in the worst case there is no adaptation to the new wants. As a result, it may impact to the sustainability of the business as customer will of course seek to product and or service that meet the new wants. This paper will elaborate to ensure sustainability of the business by sharpening the linkage of value proposition to the customer wants. This paper will introduce the concept of (rapid) adaptation to capture the change of customer wants in the situation of pandemic of covid 19. This paper will also elaborate the what-if scenarios in the new normal era to ensure the change of customer wants can be captured so that improvement and or innovation to the product and or service can be done accordingly. Hopefully, this approach can improve the lack of matching between value proposition to customer wants. This paper will use experiential and case study method to develop the concept.
