Membangun Budaya Madrasah
Abstract: Madrasah culture is a set ofvalue systems believed to be formulated in a madrasah vision and mission as well as actualized in the lives of all citizens of the madrasah. If any madrasah has culture of each course will enrich and comparative advantage madrasas, however, must be aligned with the value system of universal values that can be accepted by the whole society. Madrasah culture and value system espoused Islamic community is a chain that led to the out come of quality education, in the sense of having a strong personality and be a civilized human being. In the perspektif of philosophy, a cultured man is a man who is able to teach itself towards the better. Seeing the importance of madrasah culture and its strategic position in shaping the character of the building culture of madrasah graduates is a necessity, it’s then that the interests of this writing.

Transformasi Manajemen Madrasah
Abstract: Madrasah as an Islamic education institute occupies a strategic position in the intellectual life of the nation's effort. Unfortunately, such a strategic position hasn't been fullly utilized so far. The indicators are madrasah has not been the first choice if primary and community education service users. The cause is that the madrasah has not shown a capacity as a good quality institution in a competitive and comparative ones. Transformation of madrasah management can refer to two fundamental queations that is what is doing wrong and what action needs to be done to make better madrasah. From the tranformation carried out, the aim is madrasah institutions that have brand in the hearts of the people. By the brand, the madrasah is expected to be first and foremost choice of the community education service users.

Pembelajaran Mandri Berbasis Video 3GP
Abstract: Potency of the high absorption obtained if learning in effective. Effective learning occurs when students are placed as individual active and direct contact with the subject matter. This research aims to reduce the limitations of the tool (a computer or laptop) and maximizing existing facilities (hand phone) with the aim of achieving effective learning that puts students as subjects of learning.
This study is a research field for conducting comparative academic performance of two models of learning. The first learning model is simulation learning and the second model is self-learning via mobile facility. Self-learning materials in this research is the material in the form of video 3GP and transferred to the student’s mobile. The research population is 85 students and a sample taken by 70 students. The data in this study is the performance of students from simulation learning model and self- learning model based 3GP video. Data analysis using inferential statistical, namely the t-test. Data analysis was performed after the fulfillment of the requirements for normality of data.
The results of hypothesis testing obtained the results as following: The value t count bigger than t table (5.957> 2.025). Thus Ha is received and Ho is rejected (significance below or equal to 0.05 so Ha is received). Means that there are significant differences between simulation learning model and self-learning model based 3GP video.

Pengaruh Peer Group terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa
Based on the results of the initial research, information was obtained that peer groups (peer groups) and student learning disciplines have varied relationships, students feel comfortable with their group friends, students feel alone when joining a non-group, students feel inferior, less active in learning when being grouped with students who are not of their own choice, forming gangs in the class, skipping lessons when learning, and influencing other students to violate the rules of learning in class. This study aims to find the effect of Peer Group on Student Discipline in the Subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Class VIII at SMPN 2 Gunung Jati, Cirebon Regency. The research design in this study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the R value obtained was 0.410, meaning that the correlation or r value between the peer group variable and student learning discipline was 0.410, this value when interpreted in the coefficient table the r value is classified as "Enough". The KD value (coefficient of determinant) or R2 (R Square) value of 0.168 means that 16.8% of the role of the peer group has a contribution to determining student learning discipline, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Berdasar hasil penelitian awal diperoleh informasi bahwa peer group (kelompok teman sebaya) dan disiplin belajar siswa memiliki relasi yang variatif, siswa merasa nyaman dengan teman kelompoknya, siswa merasa sendiri ketika bergabung dengan yang bukan kelompoknya, siswa merasa rendah diri, kurang aktif dalam belajar ketika disatukelompokkan dengan siswa yang bukan pilihannya sendiri, terbentuk geng dalam kelas, bolos ketika pembelajaran, dan mempengaruhi siswa yang lain untuk melanggar tata tertib belajar di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan Pengaruh Peer Group terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti Kelas VIII di SMPN 2 Gunung Jati Kabupaten Cirebon. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai R didapat 0,410 artinya kolerasi atau nilai r antara variabel peer group dengan disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 0,410, nilai ini jika di interpretasikan dalam tabel koefisien nilai r tergolong “Cukupâ€. Nilai KD (Koefisien Determinan) atau nilai R2 (R Square) sebesar 0,168 artinya bahwa 16,8% peranan peer group mempunyai konstribusi untuk menentukan disiplin belajar siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Pemanfaatan Sampah Organik Sebagai Medium Budidaya Maggot Untuk Pakan Ikan Dan Unggas
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan sampah organik medium sebagaimedia budidaya maggot yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pakan ikan dan unggas. Kegiatanpenelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pemilihan sampah organik yang sesuai,persiapan media budidaya maggot, proses pembudidayaan, analisis kandungan nutrisi maggot,serta pengujian keefektifan maggot sebagai pakan ikan dan unggas. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa sampah organik dapat menjadi media yang ekonomis dan ramahlingkungan untuk budidaya maggot. Berdasarkan analisis kandungan nutrisi maggot,ditemukan bahwa kandungan protein maggot sangat tinggi, mencapai lebih dari 50%. Maggotjuga mengandung lemak, serat, serta zat-zat mikro yang dibutuhkan oleh ikan dan unggasuntuk pertumbuhan optimal. Pada tahap pengujian keefektifan maggot sebagai pakan ikan danunggas, dilakukan percobaan menggunakan sampel ikan dan unggas yang diberi pakan maggotdan pakan komersial. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ikan dan unggas yang diberi pakanmaggot memiliki pertumbuhan yang setara atau bahkan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yangdiberi pakan komersial. Selain itu, ketahanan dan kesehatan ikan dan unggas juga terbuktilebih baik pada kelompok yang diberi pakan maggot
Eksistensi Home Industri Kerajinan Anyaman Bambu di Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0
This research is focused on the home industry of woven bamboo crafts in the village of Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka in 2019. The aspect studied is the objective conditions of the existence of woven bamboo crafts in the midst of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study aims to describe the existence of the bamboo handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwimunding, Majalengka in 2019 in the midst of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a qualitative research. This type of research was chosen because qualitative research is able to provide descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the behavior of the people being observed. So that in researching "The Existence of Home Industry Bamboo Matting, Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka Village in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0" qualitative research is needed in order to obtain descriptive data. Based on the research findings and analysis of the research findings, the existence of the bamboo woven handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 can be concluded that the production factor is still traditional in both the aspects of raw material procurement and product design. From the aspect of acceptability, the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka is relatively easy to reach so that it does not complicate direct marketing. In selling products, the craftsmen do not market directly but there are collectors who will market the products. In the new marketing using traditional marketing, not yet using online sales. The government regulations have not been used by craftsmen both in the aspects of capital and guidance. In general, the existence of the bamboo woven handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 will be eroded by other parties who will adopt the bamboo woven home industry using machines and with more sophisticated designs (computing). Furthermore, the bamboo woven handicraft home industry in the village of Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 will reduce the craftsmen's economy because it is limited to producing products traditionally without any product development, results, and marketing.

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu di desa Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka Tahun 2019. Aspek yang dikaji adalah kondisi objektif tentang eksistensi kerajinan anyaman bambu di tengah revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi home industry kerajinan bambu di desa Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka Tahun 2019 di tengah revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini dipilih karena penelitian kualitatif mampu memberikan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari perilaku orang yang diamati. Sehingga dalam meneliti “Eksistensi Home Industri Anyaman Bambu Desa Heuleut Leuwimunding Majalengka di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 “penelitian kualitatif diperlukan agar mendapatkan data-data deskriptif. Bersadarkan temuan penelitian dan analisis hasil temuan penelitian maka eksistensi home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka di era revolusi industri 4.0 dapat disimpulkan faktor produksi masih bercorak tradisional baik dari aspek pengadaan bahan baku maupun desain hasil produk. Dari aspek aksepbilitas desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka relatif mudah dijangkau sehingga tidak menyulitkan dalam pemasaran langsung. Dalam penjualan produk, pengrajin tidak memasarkan secara langsung tetapi ada pengepul yang akan memasarkan produk. Dalam pemasaran baru menggunakan pemasaran secara tradisional, belum menggunakan penjualan online. Adapun regulasi pemerintah belum dimanfaatkan oleh pengrajin baik pada aspek modal maupun pembinaan. Secara umum eksistensi home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka di era revolusi industri 4.0 akan tergerus oleh pihak lain yang akan mengadopsi home industri anyaman bambu dengan menggunakan mesin dan dengan desain yang lebih canggih (komputasi). Lebih lanjut home industry kerajinan anyaman bambu desa Heuleut Leuwidinding Majalengka di era revolusi industri 4.0 akan mereduksi perekonomian pengrajin karena sebatas menghasilkan produk secara tradisional tanpa adanya pengembangan produk, hasil, dan pemasaran
