This collection contains correspondence, the bulk of which relates to Barker's career, news clippings, memoranda, pledge cards, transcripts, court papers, and testimony concerning John F. Barker's work for Lyndon B. Johnson's 1968 New Hampshire presidential primary campaign and his work as the special assistant to Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox (1973-1975). Castiarina purcellae Barker, new species (Figs 1 f, 2 c) Type material: Holotype male, Mt Lofty Rgs, S.Aust.,S.H. Curnow, SAMA I 21 711. Allotype female, Wirrabra, S.Aust., December, S.H. Curnow collection, SAMA I 21 712. Size. Holotype, 10.2 x 3.8 mm. Female, 10.6 x 3.8 mm. Description. Colour: Head green. Antennomeres: 1–4 green; 5–11 testaceous with green reflections. Pronotum, scutellum green. Elytra orange with the following dark blue markings: basal margin; broad premedial fascia, posterior end projecting to meet margin; broad postmedial fascia reaching margin; preapical mark covering apex and spines, all marks connected along suture. Ventral surface and legs green. Setae silver. Shape & sculpture: Head closely punctured, median sulcus, moderately elongate mouthparts. Antennomeres: 1– 4 obconic in female; 4 –half triangular in male; 5–11 triangular in both sexes. Scutellum scutiform, punctured, flat. Pronotum closely punctured, anterior margin straight, basal margin barely bisinuate, median impressed line from base to apex, laterally parallelsided basally, rounded outwards to widest medially, rounded and narrowed to apex. Elytra punctatestriate, intervals noticeably convex postmedially, laterally angled outwards from base, rounded at humeral callus, concave, rounded postmedially and narrowed to bispinose apex, both spines small, acute, margin rounded and indented between. Ventral surface shallowly punctured, edges of abdominal segments glabrous, moderately setose, setae moderately long. S 7: truncate male; rounded female. Aedeagus: Angled outwards from basal piece, rounded at apex; penis pointed (Fig. 1 f). Remarks. I am unable to place this species in a species group. Distribution. Northern Mt Lofty Ranges and southern Flinders Ranges, South Australia. Etymology.
