No full textThrough my functions as teacher-researcher, director of an applied research laboratory and those of permanent member of the professional development council, completion of the complete writing of the application file for level 1 & 2 teaching training, concerning the educational offer offered by Grand Sud Formation. The Conference of Training for Excellence in Tourism (CFET) is an association governed by the law of July 1, 1901, whose three founding members are: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the CCI Paris Île-de-France, the latter assuming the presidency. The objective of this application is to be able to give increased visibility to our Graduate School as part of a national strategy proposing to make France the world's leading tourist destination and the reference in terms of tourist training. Our goal is to have the quality of our training recognized, while highlighting the desire of our school to enter into the development of research in the field of tourism in connection with innovation and the sustainable growth of companies. This action was taken as part of a desire to take into account the notoriety of our establishment and its promotion, to synthesize it, to support it and to put in place a strategy to improve the quality of our teaching. La Conférence des formations d'excellence au tourisme (CFET) est une association régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 dont les trois membres fondateurs sont : le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Développement international (MAEDI), le ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche (MENESR) et la CCI Paris Île-de-France, cette dernière assurant la présidence. L’objectif de cette candidature est de pouvoir donner une visibilité accrue à notre École supérieure dans le cadre d’une stratégie à l’échelle nationale proposant de faire de la France, première destination touristique mondiale et la référence en matière de formation touristique. Notre but est de faire reconnaître la qualité de nos formations, tout en mettant en avant la volonté de notre école à rentrer dans le développement de la recherche en matière de tourisme en lien avec l’innovation et la croissance durable des entreprises. Cette action fut amenée dans le cadre d’une volonté de prendre en compte la notoriété de notre établissement et sa promotion, de la synthétiser, de l’appuyer-prouver et de mettre en place une stratégie de montée en qualité de nos enseignements. No full textThe real estate complex Diagonal Mar at Barcelona is an urban resort. Its realization is based on the alibi of sustainable development and the offering of a large landscaped park for the public. Symbol of the Spanish real estate frenzy of the 2000s, the Catalans criticize this mode to inhabit the contemporary city, while noting the issue of the public and private sector collaboration in the realization and the perception of a new urban landscape of skyscrapers, despite a relative ownership of the inhabitants of this new public space. On the Mediterranean, a hybrid form of gated community is needed, through a lifestyle completely in shift with the local culture.Le complexe immobilier Diagonal Mar de Barcelone est une résidence s’apparentant à un condominium. Sa réalisation s’appuie sur l’argument du développement durable à partir de l’offre d’un grand parc paysager destiné au grand public. Symbole de la frénésie immobilière espagnole des années 2000, les catalans constatent les problèmes issus de la collaboration entre les secteurs public et privé dans la réalisation et la perception d’un nouveau paysage urbain composé de gratte-ciel, malgré une relative appropriation par les habitants de ce nouvel espace public. Sur le pourtour méditerranéen, une forme hybride de communauté fermée s’impose, à travers un mode de vie en complet décalage avec la culture locale.Ballester Patrice.
