Absentzem is one of the factors that significantly affect the performance and atmosphere within the company. It often leads to abuse of sick leave and "imaginary" disease because workers in a company does not feel good. The aim is to present a thesis level of absenteeism in the present company, the methods and measures to reduce absenteeism. Absenteeism in the last three years, in the company and the state level, has declined the minimum, as well as at the national level peaked several years ago. Shortly thereafter, some companies have already begun to develop programs and implement measures to reduce this phenomenon. In this company they employed a qualified person, which is analyzing absenteeism and developing programs and measures to reduce absences, especially sickness absence. Baseline eliminating this negative phenomenon, it is important to identify causes of the problem and initiate corrective action at source

Theoretical background: Anorexia nervosa (and other eating disorders) speak about many different things, about what was an individual spent in their childhood and adolescence. They talk about everything, except about the food. It is the attack to itself and is a sign of surrender before too severe internal and external pressures. So in the period of adolescence it is very important to be in a positive family atmosphere, understanding and incentive, because every one of us needs a safe space. Methodology: We used a descriptive method. For the empirical part we used a qualitative method of work and an anonymous questionnaire, which contained 14 questions and which included 104 students from third and the fourth year of "Srednja zdravstvena šola Celje". The purpose of the study was to present the adolescent with anorexia nervosa and the role of parents and nurses in the treatment process. Results: The results has showed, that the students who took the survey, don’t know a lot about anorexia nervosa. Only 23 (22%) respondents students, choosed all the possible answers on the survey about the signs of the disease. Only 5 (5%) students were close to the right answer about the consequences of the disease. When we asked about their physical self-esteem, the results showed that we can say, that the average adolescents has accepted as such they are, so they are satisfied with their physical appearance. Conclusion: We have found that students, who attend "Srednja zdravstvena šola Celje" aren\u27t enough informed about the disease anorexia nervosa. Nurse has a very important role for teaching and raising awareness and she carries for health educational work at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels

V sklopu montaže smo vpenjalno napravo sestavili, testirali in izpopolnili. Vpenjalna naprava izpolnjuje vse naročnikove zahteve in je pripravljena za uporabo. The company Roboteh d.o.o. specializes in the automation and robotization of various industrial processes. This project involves the development and production of a robotic cell for the glueing of automobile emblems/signs. I participated in the development of a clamping device for pressing automobile emblems, also known as a "pallet." According to the client\u27s requirements, we developed the concept of a clamping device that enables the fully automated clamping of two emblems simultaneously. The clamping device was developed using the software tool SolidWorks, based on the client\u27s CAD models of the emblem. This was followed by the manufacturing and assembly of the clamping device. All components for the assembly of the clamping device were produced using a CNC machine. As part of the assembly process, we assembled, tested, and refined the clamping device.
