Comparative Analysis of Load Balancing Algorithms for Efficient Task Scheduling in Cloud Computing
Abstract: In the field of information technology cloud computing is a recently developed technology. In such a complicated system, an effective load balancing scheme is critical in order to meet peak user demands and deliver high-quality services. Load balancing is a way of distributing workload among several nodes over network links in order to maximize resource utilization, decrease data processing and response time, and avoid overload. There have been a number of load balancing algorithms suggested that concentrate on important factors including processing time, response time, and processing costs. These techniques, however, ignore cloud computing scenarios. At the same time, there is a few research works that focuses on the subject of load balancing in cloud computing. Motivated by this issue, this study addresses the load balancing challenge in cloud computing by comparing natural inspired Load Balancing Algorithms based on the resource utilization metric. The chosen load balancing methods will next be tested and assessed using the CloudSim simulator to choose the proper natural inspired Load balancing algorithms that solves the problem of load balancing in cloud computing, according to the result of the simulation it can be concluded that the LBA_HB is better than the HBB_LB based on the results for the response time, MakeSpan, and the degree of imbalance.

TRANSACTION FRAUD DETECTOR USING KNN IN DEEP LEARNING
Abstract: Online credit and debit card purchases have increased bank fraud. Using deep learning, researchers analysed cutting-edge fraud-detection algorithms. Most online KNN implementations work with sequential data like time series, audio/speech, and language. KNNs process and store locally, unlike forwarding networks. Time series analysis often uses KNNs. Check the numbers for suspicious purchases. Malaysian customers made 278,309 credit card transactions in October 2022, according to creditcard.csv. According to creditcard.csv, Malaysians used 278,309 credit cards in October 2022. K-nearest neighbour simplifies data categorization. Choose k for accurate scenario classification. k could be any positive integer between 1 and the set's size. When k = 1, a new log with the same category is generated. When k is small relative to the training dataset's features, noise is introduced. A large value of k complicates the calculations so much that a specimen is incorrectly classified into the most frequent category during data training. k-adaptability, KNN's usefulness, and versatility give it many advantages.

Users' Information Security Awareness of Home Closed-Circuit Television Surveillance
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance cameras are widely used in public and private areas around the world. It is primarily used for tracking individuals and preventing criminal activities. It is necessary to balance the benefits of video surveillance and the risks it poses to individuals' right to privacy. The existing studies raised privacy issues of installing CCTV in public places. However, there is a lack of studies investigating users’ awareness of information security and privacy limitations in installing CCTV in private places. Thus, in this study, the author evaluated users' information security awareness of the value of CCTV and other forms of video surveillance. In-person interviews were conducted in Riyadh province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A total of 77 individuals responded to the interview. A qualitative analysis was conducted to evaluate the participants’ perception of CCTV usage. The outcome of the analysis revealed four themes: Privacy invasion, privacy awareness, dilemmas in implementing security, and preventive measures. The findings revealed that the participants required strict privacy policies for installing CCTV video monitoring systems in private areas. In addition, they understood that CCTV is effectively reducing the fear of crime. The research contributes to understanding users' general awareness of information security and offers the necessary steps to protect the user's privacy in a CCTV surveillance environment. In addition, a data-sharing framework is recommended to share the data in a secure environment. Furthermore, researchers can utilize the study findings in conducting further similar investigative studies
