The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the typology of models of disability and the definition of disability from different perspectives. The third chapter provides an overview of how the media shape the attitudes of society. The research section concentrates on how the media has framed newspaper articles and whether terminology changes were reflected in the media. Two extracts from each preparation were prepared under different conditions. The highest amount of flavonoids was achieved by extraction in ultrasonic bath. Between companies were large differences in measured values as well as among fulfilment of legislative criteria. Dry extracts from China were also tested, because they are used as source material for companies in the Czech Republic. Tested food supplement showed low content of flavonoids and it seems to be poor quality

No full textName of the work: The quality of the dietary suplements with content skullcap Author: Lenka Dvořáková The work was targered on the determination of main flavonoids from skullcap and most often incident flavonoids in the other herbs, which have been by part of polykomponents dietary supmements analyzed in this work. Three extracts from each preparation were prepared under different conditions. The highest amount of flavonoids was achieved in most of cases by extraction in ultrasonic bath and for using lower temperature. These extracts were prepared from capsulae durae. By contraries by extract prepared from capsulae moles, were measured levels (values) higher by extract prepared by using of water bath. Between companies were large differences in measured values and so informations featured on covers were too differently large

No full textThis thesis deals with the course of literary career and with the forms of work of Lenka Procházková, an author, whose literary career started in the turn of late seventies and early eighties in the unofficial literature. As a signee of Charta 77 and a daughter of Jan Procházka - highly acclaimed, yet unpopular for the regime after 1968 - she became a banned author, whose work could not be published within an official structure of Czech literature in the seventies and eighties. Her literary career continues until these days. In the Introduction part the reasons why our interest is aimed at Lenka Procházková in the first place are being described. The basis goals of our work are also stipulated within the Introduction section. In section Fundaments of Research hypotheses for the approach to the following analyses are introduced. In Sources of Information part all used sources are being introduced - already published literary works as well as sources unpublished or materials which have not been compiled yet (archive materials, letters, reminiscences of observers, family and friend eyewitnesses etc.) In the chapter called Life Circumstances accompanying and determining the literary career of Lenka Procházková we present a comprehensive and detailed biography of the author which cannot be found..
