Author has developed Kurpirkt.lv comparison shopping site in the end of 2007 and since 2008 Kurpirkt.lv is second most visited comparison shopping site in Latvia, therefore the aim of the thesis is to write development perspectives of KurPirkt.lv website
In the first chapter of the thesis author collects and analyses information on e-commerce and its trends. In the second chapter author does a research of comparison shopping site Kurpirkt.lv. In the third chapter author does a research on foreign and Latvian comparison shopping sites and compares the gathered information with authors developed comparison shopping site Kurpirkt.lv.
The thesis consists of 3 chapters, 74 pages, 10 tables and 10 figures. At the end of the thesis author has prepared and written conclusions and recommendations
The Organizational structure of Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia
No full textBakalaura darba tēma ir: “Latvijas republikas Centrālās statistikas pārvaldes organizatoriskā struktūra”. Galvenais darba mērķis ir LR CSP struktūras izpēte un ieteikumu izstrāde tās uzlabošanai.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, piecām daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Ievadā tiek akcentēti darbā pētītie jautājumi, darba mērķis, tā sasniegšanas aspekti un uzdevumi. Autore pirmajā daļā sniedz vispārēju ieskatu CSP organizācijas darbībā. Tiek apskatīta īsa CSP vēsture, organizācijas juridiskais status un pamatuzdevumi, tiek sniegta informācija par personālu un statistisko datu vākšanu, kā arī tiek apskatīta starptautiskā sadarbība un integrācija Eiropas statistikas sistēmā.
Otrajā nodaļā autore apskata svarīgākos vadīšanas organizēšanas procesus un to pielietojumu organizācijā.
Trešajā nodaļā autorepēta faktorus, kas ietekmē organizatoriskās struktūras izveidi un attīstību, kā arī apskata tradicionālos organizatoriskās struktūras veidošanas modeļus. Ceturtajā nodaļā autore apskata negatīvos un pozitīvos aspektus dažādos organizatoriskās struktūras veidošanas modeļos un to sasaisti ar CSP organizatorisko struktūru.
Piektajā nodaļā autore pēta CSP organizatorisko struktūru un to veidojošos elementus. Sestajā nodaļā autore apkopo CSP aptaujāto departamentu vadītāju viedokļus par CSB struktūras funkcionalitāti. Aptaujas rezultāti tiek apskatīti grafiku veidā. Nobeigumā bakalaura darba autore izsaka gūtos secinājumus un sniedz priekšlikumus LR CSP organizatoriskās struktūras uzlabošanai.

The author in the first section gives the overall description of the institution in the chapter on the description of the Central Statistical Bureau. Contains information on the history of the CSB, its legal status, and its staff it also touches upon the compilation of statistics data and data integration in EU statistics system.
The author studies the importance of the organizing in the process of the management in the chapter on the essence and the necessity of the organizing. The author concentrates on the essence of the organizational structure, its development and the factors influencing the formation of the organizational structure in the chapter on the formation of the structure of the organization. The author describes the negative and positive aspects of different types of structures if they would have been used forming the organizational structure of the CSB in the chapter dealing with the types of organizational structures and different principles of the formation of the organizational structure.
The author of the paper studies the CSB organizational structure and the formative elements in the chapter on the organizational structure of the CSB. The author has carried out an opinion survey among the managers of different departments of the CSB on the wholesomeness of the organizational structure of the CSB. The results of this opinion survey are depicted in graphics with descriptions in the chapter on the opinion survey of the managers departments of the CSB. The author has expressed the conclusions and suggestions for the improvement of the existing organizational structure of the CSB in the conclusions of the paper.

Uzņēmumiem ir daudz dažādu attīstību iespēju, taču no visiem alternatīvajiem variantiem jāizvēlas viens attīstības virziens, kuram jāseko. Stratēģija palīdz noteikt pareizo attīstības virzienu, izmantojot uzņēmuma iekšējos resursus, nosakot tā stiprās puses, kā arī iespējas, ko piedāvā ārējā vide, un izvairīšanos no iespējamiem draudiem.

The Author examines the vision and mission of the representative offices of both „Grundfos Pumps Latvia Ltd” and „Kludi Armaturen Sp.z.o.o.” in Latvia. The enterprises activity in Latvia is investigated by using a list of questionnaire to determine their strong and weak sides, as well as, their failure and successful tendencies. The enterprises activities are analysed, in this work, using the research and questionnaire methods applied to gather responses between 2005 and 2009. The last section of this scientific work evaluates the strategy of the current activities of above mentioned enterprises and the definite priorities of these enterprises representation offices in forming future strategies.

No full textMaģistra darba tēma ir „Efektivitātes vadīšana uzņēmumā „Great Dragon Enterprise””. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma efektivitātes vadībai.
Darbā tiek apskatītas izplatītākās efektivitātes vadības metodoloģijas - Taupīgā ražošana un Ierobežojumu teorija. Tiek analizētas to metožu izmantošanas iespējas Latvijas mazajos un vidējos uzņēmumos. Tiek izpētīts uzņēmums „Great Dragon Enterprise”, kuram tiek piedāvāts individuāls efektivitātes vadības modelis, kas apvieno sevī Ierobežojumu teorijas un Taupīgās ražošanas metodes, kuras atbilst šī uzņēmuma vajadzībām.
Darba autors izstrādā priekšlikumus uzņēmuma efektivitātes vadībai, ražotnes reorganizācijai, pārstrādes procesa uzlabojumus un to ieviešanas un uzturēšanas plānu.
