No full textA recent molecular phylogeny indicate that Minuartia L. is highly polyphyletic (Dillenberger & Kadereit 2014). A revised circumscription of the genus was proposed and the new genera Mcneillia Dillenb. & Kadereit, Minuartiella Dillenb. & Kadereit and Pseudocherleria Dillenb. & Kadereit were described. In agreement with the taxonomic treatment of Minuartia graminifolia (Ard.) Jáv. [now Mcneillia graminifolia (Ard.) Dillenb. & Kadereit] suggested by Conti (2003) and considering the new combination Mcneillia graminifolia subsp. rosanoi (Ten.) F.Conti, Bartolucci, Iamonico & Del Guacchio recently proposed by Bartolucci & al. (2014), one more combination is necessary within Mcneillia graminifolia group

On the classification of N-point concentrating solutions for mean field equations and the critical set of the N-vortex singular Hamiltonian on the unit disk
No full textMotivated by the analysis of the multiple bubbling phenomenon (Bartolucci et al. in Commun. Partial Differ. Equ. 29(7–8):1241–1265, 2004) for a singular mean field equation on the unit disk (Bartolucci and Montefusco in Nonlinearity 19:611–631, 2006), for any N≥3 we characterize a subset of the 2π/N-symmetric part of the critical set of the N-vortex singular Hamiltonian. In particular we prove that this critical subset is of saddle type. As a consequence of our result, and motivated by a recently posed open problem (Bartolucci et al. in Commun. Partial Differ. Equ. 29(7–8):1241–1265, 2004), we can prove the existence of a multiple bubbling sequence of solutions for the singular mean field equation

cquad: An R and Stata Package for Conditional Maximum Likelihood Estimation of Dynamic Binary Panel Data Models
Full text linkWe illustrate the R package cquad for conditional maximum likelihood estimation of the quadratic exponential (QE) model proposed by Bartolucci and Nigro (2010) for the analysis of binary panel data. The package also allows us to estimate certain modified versions of the QE model, which are based on alternative parametrizations, and it includes a function for the pseudo-conditional likelihood estimation of the dynamic logit model, as proposed by Bartolucci and Nigro (2012). We also illustrate a reduced version of this package that is available in Stata. The use of the main functions of this package is based on examples using labor market data
