No full textO trabalho filosófico-tecnológico de Pierre Lévy tem destacado a idéia da Internet e suas virtualidades como transformadoras do mundo e da constituição do “eu”. Através de sua obra “O Que É O Virtual?”, Lévy ressalta aspectos relativos ao virtual no âmbito filosófico: seu cerne semântico e evolução humana pelo virtual. Em “Cibercultura”, o foco é o virtual como vertente tecnicista, tendo desmembramentos antropológicos ao longo da escrita, como o impacto das novas tecnologias sobre a construção do homem. Heidegger, por sua vez, visa o encontro daquilo que nomeia de Verdade do Ser, objeto fundamental e primado da filosofia. Em sua “Carta Sobre O Humanismo” responde às indagações sobre o significado do humanismo após duas guerras mundiais sucessivas e vê que seu estudo não seria humanista, pelo fato do homem não ser o objetivo essencial, e sim, o Ser e sua Verdade. A partir de tais análises, procura-se investigar as possíveis e hipotéticas mudanças de concepções sobre o Ser, nos livros “O Que É O Virtual?” e “Cibercultura” de Pierre Lévy, fundamentadas principalmente na relação corpo-alma, mergulhadas na conexão virtual como remodelação dos limites corpóreo-mundanos, culminando no ponto de emergência de uma nova ontologia que abarque este Ser contemporâneo, tendo como contraponto – crítico e complementar - a noção de Ser e Verdade em Heidegger no seu livro “Carta Sobre O Humanismo”.
