No full textDolgozatom során a fedezeti számvitel beszámolókban történő megjelenését vizsgáltam. Összehasonlítottam a MOL Csoport anyavállalati, konszolidált, valamint a MOL Petrolkémia Zrt. beszámolói által a magyar számvitel szerinti és az IFRS szerinti megközelítést. Ismertettem a témához leginkább releváns szakirodalmakat, standardokat, amelyeknek segítségével következtetéseket vontam le beszámolók soraiból. Bár a vizsgált IFRS szerinti beszámolókban még nem jelent meg az IFRS 9 alkalmazása, azonban a következő évektől alkalmazni fogják az új standard előírásait. No full textDolgozatomban a MOL Nyrt. vagyoni, pénzügyi helyzetét vizsgáltam figyelembe véve a makrokörnyezeti tényezőket. A 2008-2009-es gazdasági világválság, valamint a 2014-es olajválság hatásait vizsgáltam a társaságra. Az elmúlt években nehéz helyzetbe került az olajipar. A megnövekedett olaj iránti kereslet hatására új, eddig még kiaknázatlan területeken kezdtek olajfúrásba, sokszor veszteségesen. Az olaj iránti kereslet azonban folyamatosan visszaesett a lassuló kínai és a stagnáló európai gazdaság miatt, ennek hatására az olajárak leestek. No full textNapjaink egyik meghatározó kérdése, hogy miként fog átalakulni a következő évtizedekben az üzemanyag-kiskereskedelem, valamint a klasszikus olajipari vállalatok miként tudnak majd adaptálódni ezekhez a piaci változásokhoz. A töltőállomás üzemeltető vállalatoknak időben fel kell készülniük ezekre a változásokra és egy újragondolt üzleti modellel kell megerősíteniük piaci helyzetüket. Ennek érdekében a MOL Nyrt. 2015-ben elindította a Fresh Corner koncepciót, mellyel a nem üzemanyag jellegű termékek kiskereskedelmében kívánnak előrelépni. Szakdolgozatomban a kiskereskedelmi marketing mix elemeken keresztül ismertem meg és mutattam be a Fresh Corner koncepció működését, stratégiai irányvonalait. No full textSzakdolgozatom témájának a magyar bázisú, de román, és szlovák csapatokat is felvonultató, MOL Ligát választotta, ami a magyar jégkorong meghatározó bajnoksága. Vizsgálatom során, boncolgattam a ligát, mint sportszakmai, mint gazdasági szemmel, és a magyar jégkorong történetével, valamint a jégkorong bemutatásával is foglalkoztam. Szerencsésnek mondhatom magam, mivel én is részese voltam ennek a ligának mint játékos így a "kulisszák" mögé is bepillantást nyerhettem. Örülök, hogy olyan témával foglalkozhattam, ami majdnem az egész életemen át haladt, és mély nyomokat hagyott bennem. Rengeteget tanultam, és sok embert ismertem meg a sport által. Ha előröl kezdhetnék mindent, vagy vissza mehetnék az időbe, biztos vagyok benne hogy mindent ugyanígy csinálnék.SportszervezőBSc/B

No full textG protein-coupled receptor regulation of gene transcription primarily occurs through the phosphorylation of transcription factors by MAPKs. This requires transduction of an activating signal via scaffold proteins that can ultimately determine the outcome by binding signaling kinases and adapter proteins with effects on the target transcription factor and locus of activation. By investigating these mechanisms, we have elucidated how pituitary gonadotrope cells decode an input GnRH signal into coherent transcriptional output from the LH beta-subunit gene promoter. We show that GnRH activates c-Src and multiple members of the MAPK family, c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase 1/2, p38MAPK, and ERK1/2. Using dominant-negative point mutations and chemical inhibitors, we identified that calcium-dependent proline-rich tyrosine kinase 2 specifically acts as a scaffold for a focal adhesion/cytoskeleton-dependent complex comprised of c-Src, Grb2, and mSos that translocates an ERK-activating signal to the nucleus. The locus of action of ERK was specifically mapped to early growth response-1 (Egr-1) DNA binding sites within the LH beta-subunit gene proximal promoter, which was also activated by p38MAPK, but not c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase 1/2. Egr-1 was confirmed as the transcription factor target of ERK and p38MAPK by blockade of protein expression, transcriptional activity, and DNA binding. We have identified a novel GnRH-activated proline-rich tyrosine kinase 2-dependent ERK-mediated signal transduction pathway that specifically regulates Egr-1 activation of the LH beta-subunit proximal gene promoter, and thus provide insight into the molecular mechanisms required for differential regulation of gonadotropin gene expression

As an internet running program CeBrUs (Cerealis Brassica Unkrautbekdmpfungssystem) will be offered to potential users with the internet platform ISIP (Informationssystem Integrierte Pflanzenproduktion; www.isip.de). CeBrUs stands in dialogue with the user and produces side specific loss predictions. Basing on these loss predictions an economical analyse of practical chemical treatments will be done. Uses of the program are discussed
