Generalized Steffensen’s inequality by Montgomery identity
By using generalized Montgomery identity and Green functions we proved several identities which assist in developing connections with Steffensen’s inequality. Under the assumptions of n-convexity and n-concavity many inequalities, which generalize Steffensen’s inequality, inequalities from (Fahad et al. in J. Math. Inequal. 9:481–487, 2015; Pečarić in Southeast Asian Bull. Math. 13:89–91, 1989; Rabier in Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 140:665–675, 2012), and their reverse, have been proved. Generalization of some inequalities (and their reverse) which are related to Hardy-type inequality (Fahad et al. in J. Math. Inequal. 9:481–487, 2015) have also been proved. New bounds of Ostrowski and Grüss type inequalities have been developed. Moreover, we formulate generalized Steffensen-type linear functionals and prove their monotonicity for the generalized class of (n+ 1) -convex functions at a point. At the end, we present some applications of our study to the theory of exponentially convex functions. © 2019, The Author(s)

Is Robotic Process Automation Important?
Abstract: With the introduction of integrated circuits (IC), technology has vastly advanced over the last few decades, and today digitalization, artificial intelligence, and machine learning are the new buzzwords that are revolutionizing the IT industry. This opens up a new realm of hyper-automation., The concept of automation has been around for a very long time. But in recent years, it’s become increasingly common to speak about Robotic Process automation, but what exactly we mean by Robotic Process automations in the world of IT What exactly do we mean by that?
Keywords: Hyper automation, Robotic Process Automation, Digitalization.

Entrepreneurial career choice barriers, supports, and coping strategies: Graduates’ experiences
This qualitative study describes Saudi university graduates’ experience of choosing entrepreneurial careers and explores what personal and contextual factors shaped such process. It utilized Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) as a foundation theory in this exploration procedure. Study participants were university graduates who were in the stage of running their own established business. Targeting these individuals provided a rich and practical knowledge about the phenomenon as they experienced the whole career process from the time of determining these career choice goals to the present time of successfully implementing them. It also helped in recognizing the key factors influencing their career development journey.
Study data was collected through semi-structured interviews to capture key (a) factors that had affected these individuals’ choice of entrepreneurial career, (b) supports and (c) barriers to pursuing their choices, and (d) methods they had used to cope with choice barriers. Investigating these four dimensions provides insights into understandings of the Saudi graduates’ career development (CD) process towards entrepreneurship. Study findings contribute new understanding of graduate entrepreneurs’ development through the lens of career theory and contribute to SCCT literature by employing it, probably for the first time, in the Saudi context. These findings could be utilized to serve several national purposes such as improving CD and human resource development (HRD) practices and better equip potential graduate entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to make effective career choices related to launching a company. They could also contribute to HRD research as there is an emerging interest in studying young entrepreneurs as a special group of leaders among HRD scholars.Submission published under a 24 month embargo labeled 'Closed Access', the embargo will last until 2021-08-01The student, Fahad Albeshri, accepted the attached license on 2019-07-11 at 14:16.The student, Fahad Albeshri, submitted this Dissertation for approval on 2019-07-11 at 15:01.This Dissertation was approved for publication on 2019-07-12 at 16:31.DSpace SAF Submission Ingestion Package generated from Vireo submission #14269 on 2019-11-26 at 14:03:57Made available in DSpace on 2019-11-26T20:59:46Z (GMT). Towards Data Availability during Disasters
Abstract: Business continuity provides the governance, risk, and compliance framework for managing and ensuring the continuity and recovery of IT services in the event of an incident or disaster. Service continuity process covers three main functions; Service Impact Assessments (SIA), IT services availability controls, and the drills and compliances. Required availability controls for critical systems such as disaster recovery and backup strategies play a vital role in ensuring the availability and continuity of businesses and organizations. This paper presents the best practices for disaster recovery, highlighting the importance of disaster recovery during emergencies, data backup solutions, testing, validation, and compliance related activities.

Interjecting Economics into the Surface Water Dialogue
This paper applies the conceptual lens of economic efficiency as a criterion by which to evaluate surface water in Texas. We identify two major problems. First, Texas has a water allocation problem limiting the ability to substitute groundwater for surface water to move water between river basins and to facilitate transfers within a river basin. Second, surface water is both underpriced and unresponsive to drought conditions preventing it from being used at its highest and best use. We propose a variety of partial solutions, which include facilitating greater reliance on water markets as well as a water tax that would vary across regions and over time to encourage conservation.

Pre-service Teachers’ Perceptions of the Effectiveness of Multi-Author Blogging: A Quasi-Experimental Mixed Methods Investigation
Multi-author blogs have created new opportunities for the construction and dissemination of knowledge. However, very few studies have examined the effect of multi-author blogging in pre-service teacher education and little is known about this phenomenon. This study argues that multi-author blogging can provide student-teachers with opportunities for experiential learning. The study adopts a mixed method quasi-experimental design to explore student-teachers’ perspectives of the effectiveness of multi-author blogging in the College of Basic Education situated within Kuwait’s Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET). The sample consisted of 63 student-teachers who used multi-author blogging for learning (Experimental Group) and 67 student-teachers who were taught using traditional in-class lectures (Control Group). Questionnaires and focus groups were used to investigate student-teachers’ perceptions of multi-author blogging. Results suggest that a statistical difference between the Experimental Group and Control Group in the second and final exams. Findings also results indicate that a sense of community, peer learning, and perceived collaborative learning significantly contributed to learning through blogging. The conclusion is that multi-author blogging may be a promising approach to enhance student-teachers’ learning of instructional technology courses. The study provides insights into opportunities for further studies.
