Korelasi Batas Usia Pernikahan Dalam Islam Dengan UU Pernikahan
Full text link Tulisan ini akan mendiskusikan yang terkait meningkatnya pernikahan usia dini yang terjadi pada akhir-akhir ini. Bagaimana pengaruh dari penerapan UU pernikahan yang membatasi batas usia pernikahan dengan maraknya pernikahan dini. Salah satu dari permasalahan yang ada di Indonesia adalah permasalahan pernikahan usia dini. Pernikahan usia dini ini merupakan pernikahan yang dilakukan dibawah usia 18 tahun. Pernikahan usia dini ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang sangat memengaruhi salah satunya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan atau ilmu yang dimiliki oleh pria maupun wanita yang melakukan usia dini beserta orang tua mereka. Mereka tidak terlalu memikirkan dampak dari pernikahan usia dini yang mereka lakukan. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan analisis dengan metode kualitatif. Penulis akan membahas mengenai pengertian pernikahan menurut islam, serta memaparkan beberapa dalil pernikahan dalam islam dengan korelasi UU pernikahan yang ada di Indonesia. Bagaimana dampak dari nikah muda apabila keduanya belum memiliki kesiapan mental dan psikis.
This paper will discuss the related increase in early marriages that have occurred lately. How is the effect of the application of the marriage law that limits the age limit of marriage with the rise of early marriage? One of the problems in Indonesia is the problem of early marriage. This early marriage is a marriage conducted under the age of 18 years. This early marriage can be caused by several factors that greatly influence one of them is the lack of knowledge or knowledge possessed by men and women who do early age along with their parents. Islam as a religion of revelation for Muslims and make it as a guide in carrying out their lives, including in political matters, namely becoming a leader. The leader has an important position in Islam. In the Islamic view of non-Muslim leaders, there are differences of opinion of the scholars about the legitimate or non-Islamic leaders in the Islamic perspective. The difference in opinion is due to the perception in understanding the verses about saints or awliya 'mentioned in the Qur'an Moreover, the current reality of the state of Indonesia is not an Islamic state, but a democratic state, which has a majority of its citizens, who are Muslim. Based on this background, the authors raise this article with the title The Existence of Fiqh in The Application of Adultery Law in Indonesia. Related to this scientific journal, the author explains the problem of applying zina laws in Indonesia, and the existence of fiqh in the application of adultery law in Indonesia. The research method used in scientific journals uses the literacy research method by analyzing books and journals that have the same discussion theme as the title of the article. The effect is not only making the country's finances worse, but also risking the financial aspects, natural resources, and dignity of the next generation. Fuqaha has had dialogues about corruption, conflicts within and above which are different. This article discusses the challenges of discourse, negation and punishment of corruption in Indonesia. Based on in-depth research, Fuqaha expressed the construction of Studio Sariqah, Ghulul, Risywah, Ghasab, etc., substantially, has links to security investigations in Indonesia. That is why the dedication of fiqh in the eradication of corruption in Indonesia becomes evident, related to the concept, sanctions, and eradication of corruption and its consequences in Indonesia.

Korupsi adalah tindakan kejahatan pelaksana negara. Kejahatan ini telah dijalankan secara sistematis, struktural, dan masif. Efeknya tidak hanya membuat keuangan negara menjadi buruk, tetapi juga mempertaruhkan aspek kemanusiaan, sumber daya alam, dan martabat generasi berikutnya. Fuqaha telah berdialog tentang korupsi, walaupun dalam konteks dan kerangka yang berbeda. Artikel ini mencoba menyelidiki wacana, peniadaan dan sanksi perilaku korupsi dalam perspektif hukum Islam dalam kerangka peraturan konstitusi Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian mendalam, fuqaha mengutarakan konstruksi studi sariqah, ghulul, risywah, ghasab, dan sebagainya, secara substansial, memiliki keterkaitan dengan penyelidikan korupsi di Indonesia. Itulah sebabnya dedikasi fiqh dalam peniadaan korupsi di Indonesia menjadi nyata, terutama terkait dengan konsep, sanksi, dan pemerantasan korupsi dan dampaknya di Indonesia.

This is an anti-thesis of various intolerance attitudes that befall many circles, whether related to politics, social, or even religion. Intolerance in religion becomes the main focus of many circles. Even the younger generation practice this attitude. This attitude of intolerance is suspected to have entered primary and secondary educational institutions, while the efforts made by many parties in anticipating this movement did not reach its main essence. Intolerance in religion is influenced more by a lack of understanding of religion correctly, though al-Qur\u27an mentioned many principles and moderate attitudes that can be applied in the education system in schools. To get the principles and values of moderation in the Qur’an that can be applied in the education system in schools, this study uses a thematic method introduced by Fazlur Rahman. From this method, it is produced that the values of moderation in the Qur’an accumulate in aspects of justice, openness, wisdom, and balance. These values are required to always be maintained and become a guideline to achieve the universality of Islam in action. The application of these values in education can be committed with several approaches, namely the values inculcating approach, the cognitive moral development approach, the value analysis approach, the value clarification approach, and the learning approach by doing.
