Marketing dynamics and management excellence. The sources of successful internationalization of food processing company from transition economy (Case: MASPEX - Poland)

    No full text
The paper presents a case story of the fall and rise of the food industry in Poland's transition economy, illustrated with the example of one of its most successful companies. The author distinguishes three stages of the economic transition of Poland: · stage one, in which the Polish food processing industry collapsed, faced with fierce foreign competition after the implementation of a strategy of liberalization and privatization; · stage two (since late 1990s) when young, dynamic and relatively well- educated Polish entrepreneurs and managers not only started to regain the local market but also begun international expansion, intensifying exports, primarily to EU markets, · stage three, during which the internationalization took the form of FDI in the former neighboring socialist/communist countries. The MASPEX Group provides an excellent example of successful revival and expansion achieved thanks to the company's: · dynamic marketing strategy executed by · a young, dynamic and highly professional management team.Poland, food processing industry, internationalization, transition economy., Agribusiness,

Toru Terada(1915-1995) was both a literary critic and a scholar of French literature. He ranked as a critic after Hideo Kobayashi(1902-1983), who greatly influenced Terada. In this article the author dealt with how Toru Terada thought of the early novels of Hakucho Masamune(1897-1962). Terada started his literary career after he published an article on Hakucho in 1947. The article by Terada was recognized as valid by Hakucho himself. In the same article, "Hakucho Masamune," Terada pointed out that the main characters in Hakucho's early novels were dreamers. In this article the author examines whether Terada was right or not. He concludes that what Terada pointed out is almost right.論文(articles)departmental bulletin pape

Self-regulated Learning and to Teach Expository Texts Examined with Mikiyu Aoki's theory and practice used as a clue

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the way to read while self- regulated to the text in teaching expository texts. Learners hope to become "good" fundamentally. However, in order to become "good", you have to know the way to become "good". I identify learning, a process of becoming "good" as a process of self-regulation. As a strategy for reading the expository texts with self-regulated, and identified the theory and practice of Mikiyu Aoki. It should be noted in the theory and practice of Aoki, is that you can capture the use of strategy and process of meaningbuild, strategy use of others visually. With it, it is easy to comprehend how learners are, leaders will facilitate the support. Practice of Aoki is a model of one of reading a lot of expository texts ("space of the argument" that Dr. Hirotaka Nanba has discussed)

What Is a galaxy? How cold Is cold dark matter? : Recent progress in near field cosmology

There has been a vast recent improvement in photometric and kinematic data for star clusters, Ultra Compact dwarfs, galactic nuclei, and local dSph galaxies, with Subaru contributing substantially to the photometric studies in particular. These data show that there is a bimodal distribution in half-light radii, with stable star clusters always being smaller than 35pc, while stable galaxies are always larger than 120pc. We extend the previously known observational relationships and interpret them in terms of a more fundamental pair of intrinsic properties of dark matter itself: dark matter forms cored mass distributions, with a core scale length of greater than about 100pc, and always has a maximum central mass density with a narrow range. The dark matter in dSph galaxies appears to be clustered such that there is a mean volume mass density within the stellar distribution which has the very low value of about 0.1M⊙ pc−3. None of the dSphs displays kinematics which require the presence of an inner cusp, while in two dSphs there is evidence that the density profile is shallow (cored) in the inner regions. The maximum central dark matter density derived is model dependent, but is likely to have a mean value (averaged over a volume of radius 10pc) of about 0.1M⊙ pc−3, which is 5GeV/c2cm−3). Galaxies are embedded in dark matter halos with these properties; smaller systems containing dark matter are not observed
